My removal and installation of new water softener was a very good experience! The plumber (installer) did the work of 2 men. He removed my old system which still had water and salt by himself. I was very impressed how fast and how clean it was upon finish! The installer is a great asset to your company and I will recommend it to friends!

The whole team at Passaic Bergen were amazing from start to finish. We actually received a quote from them when we bought our home 2 years ago. The salesman gave us a very fair offer and told us to take our time with our decision. 2 years later we called, they had our info on file, and honored their past quote. Scheduling and setup were made extremely easy. The installer arrived on time, was very professional and walked me and my partner through everything he was doing. He helped fix a small leak as well! He cleaned up everything like he was never there too. We highly recommend their company and well-trained and friendly staff!

This is the type of company you want to associate with. Completely professional from the first phone call. They scheduled a delivery, arrived promptly, brought the salt to the basement and were on their way. They couldn’t be nicer and met all expectations! This is the BEST water softening company in Bergen County!

Product is fantastic. Customer service excellent. Tech came over to remedy and issue I was having did a great job. My negative or my problem is the 179 buck straight service call. They charge that and then another 120 to replace the part. I would think they could credit back towards the repair. In the event nothing is wrong fine charge a service call. 325 buck bill to swallow hurts. A great company zero regrets using them or installing their products. Just a little help with miscellaneous issues that arise would be great.

First the salesman came and helped me decide what to get. A whole house water filter and softener. Then we agreed on getting it installed in a couple days. Couple days later the installer came with the equipment. Had me up and running in two hours. Nice neet and clean job. Took away the old unit too. Nice guys, fair deal, quality equipment and installation and no hidden charges. Would highly recommend them. Another satisfied customer.
