Doug was such a great help. He welcomed me the moment I walked in the door and was very quick to assist me. He checked my gait as well as recommended the type of shoe that would work best for my stride. He allowed to try on as many different shoes to ensure that I would select the best one, as well as allowing me to try them out on the treadmill. He offered great conversation on top of it all. I ended up walking out with my new favorite running shoe that I have purchased.

We love our local Peak Running! Had an EXCEPTIONAL experience today with Megan. The store was busy and we felt totally taken care of. She did a size check and brief gait analysis. She immediately understood my needs and my husbands and quickly brought out 3 options for each of us. Of course we both left with 2 pairs because they were perfect. Great job as always!

I love Peak Running Co. and I refer all my physical therapy clients to them! They have highly knowledgeable staff, they take the time to find the shoe that provides the right support/fit/comfort, and they let you try the shoe out for a jog up and down the pavement or in-store so you can feel them in action! I have never been disappointed with my purchases and I will be back to visit Kim soon to pick out my spring running shoes! (the apparel is also amazing and I highly recommend participating in their group Run Clubs!)

Only one sales person on a midday weekday. Took 40 minutes to try on and purchase a pair of running shoes as I had to wait for the customer being helped before me. Sales person was not knowledgeable in shoes brought out for me. I mentioned I had a high arch when I phone first and when I arrived. None of the three were specifically for my arch type. I had to explain what type of activity I would be doing in these shoes. No questions were asked by sales person to assist in choosing best shoe. Basically tried them on, walked around and chose most comfortable. Inserts ate needed. Not very engaging. There are better running stores.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy in any way, and put me towards the right products. They have a very lenient return policy, are competitive on price (even with places like Amazon), and have knowledge that only real runners have. Highly recommended!

UPDATE - After 3 months in my new shoes and a successful half-marathon (my first) I want to maintain that Peak Running gets you in the right shoes for the right reasons. I had the beginnings of a neuroma, but the staff evaluated my issue, suggested the right shoes, and it made all the difference. Thank you!

The friendliest staff, the best shoes and the most ideal shopping experience. Everyone who works at this store is very knowledgeable and finds the shoe that is made for you. They host several running groups throughout the week, all of which are welcoming and fun. I will not shop anywhere else for my running items! Peak running has everything a savvy runner could ever need.

Went in today to get a good pair of shoes for walking & to wear to work. I had the pleasure of having Kim help me find the right pair of shoes after trying quite a few for the right fit. She explained the differences in the shoes & why one would be better or just as good as another. I left with one pair & had to order the other as to being a popular size & they were sold out. Also I can recycle the old shoes with them as well so win win in my book!
