I brought 3 pairs of shoes in for repair recently. I received attentive service and really felt like they took the time to understand what the problem was and to discuss the repair and pricing for each pair. They were unable to repair one of my pairs of boots, but they were upfront about this from the beginning and I really appreciated their clear and helpful communication. My shoes were done within a week, and I've been thrilled to have a couple of old favorites resurrected and back in the regular rotation. Thank you, Peck's!

Peck's has saved so many of my favorite shoes! From Timberlands to Ariats to Yves Saint Laurent. Peck's has repaired pairs of mine that cobblers in Lewiston and Spokane wouldn't even attempt. Peck's always lets you know when a repair would cost more than replacing the shoes would- they are a super stand up business like that. Great turn around time, quality repairs and fair prices- can't ask for more than that! Thank you Peck's!

I went to Peck's after my local shoe place was rude. When I called Peck's, the lady that answered the phone was bright and cheerful. She was very helpful with my shoe problem.
So I drove up there and I was helped by a gentleman that was an excellent example of how to give customer service.
He was able to help me repair the shoes while I was in town. Even though the store was busy. I don't have the best wording to tell people how amazing Peck's is. Definitely will go there the next time I need shoe service.

I had him fix some stitching on the back of my doc martens. He did a great job and was super friendly! This is the first time I've had someone work on any shoes so I don't have any frame of reference but it seemed like a very reasonable price as well!

For a very reasonable price, I got two leather jackets fixed. One was a zipper, one was a patch, both turned out great! The work was done in a timely manner as well. Definitely taking all my leather repairs here.

Update: It's been two years and I took my Birkenstocks back. My wife's needed a little new cork and I got some nylon reinforcements on the outside heel to reduce wear in that spot. Mine got Vibram outsoles. Both were completed on time and exactly as promised. Price was reasonable considering the improvements to the sandals. I'll happily change my rating to 5 stars for these interactions.

Good quality, bad time management. I brought two pairs of Birkenstocks to the store on July 10th and I was told they would be ready a week later. I needed my wife's outer sole replaced and a different size footbed put on mine, from a 46 to a 45 (my mistake buying a size too large). They told me this was no problem and that they do it all the time, the size was written on the work order, and noted on my receipt. A week later my wife picked them up and hers were lovely but mine had the same size footbed replaced, a 46. They apologized to my wife and said they would fix it, they offered a rush job and my wife politely declined. I called a week later and was told they were not done because they couldn't get the right footbed size, again, a 45, not an unusually large size. I waited two more weeks because they said they would call when finished. I called today, the 9th of August, and was told the footbeds had come in last week but that they hadn't started on them because they had been busy. I'm sure they were, but why was I at the bottom of the priority list? I was told that they could be done that afternoon and so I went to collect them around 4. I gave my claim check to the person at the counter, who I believe is the one in charge, and they handed over the sandals. There was not a word of apology for the nearly month long wait nor an admission of guilt for the delay. I only paid $85 for new footbeds instead on having to replace them for $150 so I guess I should be happy but I wasn't compensated for the delay and It wasn't even acknowledged. I'm sure I'll end up here again because there aren't many alternatives and the workmanship is good, but it sure left a bad impression.

Home town shop. They will do a great job fixing your shoes. Also, they sell high quality leather shoes. Wonderful customer service.
