Worst ski rental place I’ve ever seen:
1. Booked my rentals months in advance, they triple charged my credit card and took forever to refund them.
2. My reservation said “novice” no experience, never been on skis before in my life. Then I told Rodrigo the same thing when picking up the rentals. Rodrigo gave me skis that were too tall and boots too big for a beginner. After 3 days trying to ski with the wrong equipment and because I did know any better, I gave up skiing thinking it was me, only to learn by the mouth of another employee on the last day of my ski trip that they had given me the wrong equipment, that is why I could not control my skis.
They ruined my ski trip I have been saving money for years.
After I complained to Adam the supervisor, this is what I got:
“Good morning,
Terribly sorry to hear about your experience at Dollar. I’ll be sure to reach out to that supervisor and let them know to keep on top of their team”
In other words, gave me and the money I spent with a ski package in their store, the middle finger.

Awesome customer service, great selection of gear

Picked up a Patagonia Fanny pack for my gal - she loves it for hiking and great to throw our katadyn .6 L bottle in to refill in the rivers or lakes and got myself a Patagonia hat with the a hawk or eagle on it, great to submerge in the river to keep the head cool all day

Service was great, but the bike we got for my two girls were only okay.
My biggest complaint was that the drive train of both bikes was covered in dog hair.
I felt like I paid too high of a price for okay bikes that were covered in dog hair.

Pretty much anything outdoors. Shop Womans men’s and kids outdoor gear,bike rentals are super easy and affordable.

We arrived a bit before opening (8:45). The men that ran the rentals weren’t even there yet and when they did arrive they told us to wait, which we completely understand, being that they open at 9:00. When they did open we were looking for bikes to ride the lift access trails. Unknown to us they did not rent bikes for the lift trails. The problem was the older man that was “helping” us, was very rude and said.
“You’re not riding our bikes on the lift trails,” instead of kindly informing us that they do not rent bikes for the lift trails.
On top of that we asked about the travel each bike had and he had no clue, he seemed very incompetent about the specs of the bikes he rented.
He was just very rude and did not look like he wanted to be there or help us at all. My recommendation would be to move this guy to the service department and find a kinder sales person.

Have loved this store for many years. So comfortable to just go in and poke around. Super friendly and helpful staff. This store is not just for tourists, it's for locals too. Many beautiful affordable pieces.

Good service and great prices. Honestly the same prices you would pay in Boise. All of the quality brands - Patagonia, Mountain Hardware, etc. They even carry longboards.
