I live in Sedalia, MO and am being illegally eavesdropped on, recorded, slandered and gossiped, and illegally evicted by the owners, sitting right now in my 1 room private room without any air conditioner, as owners remote control it, and if they don't like what I say in my private room they turn off the air conditioner and let me suffer. I am a 73 year old adult and feeling isolated, threatened, abused, and warned all the time. There is no window to open as they are all broken and have broken screens, they have been sharing and telling I am violent or dangerous, and I am not I can barely walk up the stairs to my room, I haven't showered in 2 weeks or more because of their ongoing threatening behavior, have not got to do my laundry because I am often threatened by another tenant and have no clean clothes, and cannot use the bathroom without their interference so I urinate and relieve myself in my room in the trash can. They harass me by using different noises to upset me 24 hours a day, have people driving by unnecessarily including police or sheriff. I have not done anything wrong but cannot tolerate anymore abuse. I have not been able to go shopping or do anything since May this year. I am isolated in my room, have no privacy, no fun, no TV or any kind of any social activities, all day every single day by myself no outside contact with anyone. What horrific treatment by these 2 young people that own this property at 500 W 7th St, Sedalia, MO 65301 Are elderly adults all treated this way in Sedalia? How awfully painful and traumatizing.

After fighting with the hold times and snail mail I finally went in to this office to get some help and the lady who helped me was amazing! I am so glad I came here and she did everything so quickly and so professionally!

Some of them are friendly, so.e may need to bring a peace offering to so they can communicate like nice people. They try to help get you in and out really quick.

They have phones for you to do the interviews with. Restrooms are usually clean.

System is Trash. My mom is trying to renew her snap but she's been in and out of the hospital so she missed the phone call. I tried calling for her but the wait line said there was over 100 people in front of her. I tried to set up a callback appointment but they said the next available is in December. She has till the end of this month to get the interview done.

They need to stop giving handouts to illegals and actually support real citizens. My mom shouldn't have to fight this hard to get benefits when some random illegal can walk in and get hundreds of dollars. My mom worked all her life and all the state can provide her for support is 91 dollars.

Terrible service! I submitted an application, they lost it, did not enter it into the system, they cannot find my name and SSN. I've been scheduled for an interview, but they can't find me in the system. In addition, they simply disconnect the call before finishing the conversation! I have not been able to solve this problem for 3 weeks! It's just horrible!!!!

My grandkids were sick and they couldn't call the Dr's office to give them the medicaid number to help them. They had the number too. So I paid for it. Glad I had the money. Not much family support or children's services either. They should change everything. Such always a real person on the phone to help people. That rigamarole when you call is ridiculous!

Only open a couple days a week Monday Tuesday & Wensday I believe. I would call before or. Look it up or go by and get the exact time it used to be open quite a bit you don't know what's going on kind of hard to make it a trip to go there used to be really convenient

I need to get ahold of the Missouri family support division and I have called this number over and over and over and it does not help me it does not get me to a real. They need a number the way you can talk to people instead of pushing buttons and not get
anywhere all they do is repeat themselves and do not give you the proper number to connect with to tal.
