We have been doing business with Pinkham’s Cove Marine for several years now. The year before last, we left the boat wrapped and stored through the summer as I had had a hip replacement.
The following year we asked for the boat to be unwrapped, Checked over and brought to the lake. I was shocked to see that the interior was spotlessly clean. Knowing this isn’t possible having been stored for two years, I questioned the owner who replied, “ I couldn’t in good conscience deliver the boat to you as dirty as it was.” He never mentioned it and so deeds like that keep us coming back. Russ, Jenny and Kevin are all very pleasant and great to do business with.

Thought this was going to be my go to place for storage/maintenance. Called because my boat is running half speed and floating in a lake less than a mile away. Was told they won’t service anything older than 2010. What looked like a company that offered everything became useless to me

The folks at Pinkham's Cove Marine have been our rental and our service/storage go-to group for several years. Their responsiveness to requests and their promptness in both delivery and pick up at the Long Pond public boat ramp are why we continue to trust them with our requirements. If you want a business who knows how to do it right, they are that business.

I recently had a very bad experience with them. Ive been with Pinkham and previous owners for over 20years. They were supposed to install motor lift gaskets over the winter (9mo), and when I arriving to pick up the boat, I was told by Kevin they couldn’t get the parts, which sounded and they were on order and expected in next week or so. He did a quick clean of the lift gaskets as a bridge so I could use the boat, and I thanked him and gave a generous tip. Of note, when I got the boat home, the seal was still leaking. I got a call that tabs came in about a week later and I was told to get it into shop within a day if I wanted it back sooner than 2-3 weeks, so I rushed it in that day. I got call it was ready and I was told i needed to talk to office about the cost. When I got to office, I was surprised with a high bill which I struggled to understand. I was discussing with the lady at front desk when the operational manager walked in and engaged in discussion. I explained I was struggling with 2 labor charges for both the bridge and also for the seal install. I mentioned to him that this was surprise to me. I assumed I would charged with the one job of installation. He immediately became very defensive and told me I could go elsewhere for storage, he had 40 people lined up for my slot, and that I better have other options. He also accused me of using foul language with Kevin which was total a lie, which I let him know. I was shocked at this experience, and I can only think the reason for all this was to get a higher paying new customer in over me. Very shocking, and totally unprofessional. I have to say my overall trust in them had been declining over the past 2 years, so its probably best to move on in any case. Their employees seem overloaded to me.

The folks at Pinkham's Cove Marine (Russ, Jenny and Kevin) are super friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I took my boat to them for repairs since I was having trouble with the motor accelerating beyond half throttle. Despite a shop filled with boats for repair they were willing to take it in immediately. They asked a few questions about the symptoms I was experiencing when I dropped it off. The next day I got a call from Russ with a few more questions about the motor's history. From their quick inspection, knowledge of newer four stroke motors and clarifications with me by phone they were able to determine the cause of the symptoms and provide a solution. The problem is a function of not running the motor under load and in gear. There was no charge for the diagnosis. I respect Russ's integrity because an unscrupulous person could have easily charged a few hundred dollars for the time and diagnosis. When I need service or repairs in the future I won't be going anywhere else!

We use Pinkham's Cove Marine for all our boating needs - storage, repairs and delivery/pickup service. They have a great team; from office management (shout out to Jennie) to service and repair, they are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

5 stars across the board for these guys. Have purchased a new pontoon and indoor store it with them. In addition have had outboard motor work done there also. Customer service is definitely a strong suit of theirs.

I’ve been working with this team for a couple seasons now and I’m extremely pleased. Friendly, convenient, fair, and professional. I’m also new to boating so having trustworthy and expert support in everything to do with my boat is reassuring. I highly recommend Pinkham’s Cove Marine.
