I really love this kind of business but they have some things to figure out. I waited in line for 10 minutes to order and then after waiting 35 minutes for my order I asked for a refund. Which they politely gave me. Needs some work before I try again.

Today is Juneteenth (a holiday), 95 degrees which would be a excellent day for something cold. There is only one gentleman working by himself. I counted 40 people here today. The poor fella is working his butt off because of poor ownership / management. If you are short on employees, then as the OWNER, YOU should be there. Shame on you. Not only does your employee look to want to quit, all your clientele has to suffer. We personally had to wait 45 minutes for a snow cone. Unacceptable, you should just close the doors if you don't have the staff. Very dissatisfied customer

As a former employee this was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. I waited at least 35 minutes for 2 regular snoballs. The three young ladies working were constantly stopping to talk and had no concern for the amount of customers they had waiting outside in the heat. When I finally got my snowball it was drowning in syrup and the ice was too hard to eat. I know I was not the only one with this issue as other customers who had been waiting longer than I also had the same complaints. I have been coming here for 10 years and worked for 2 years but I will not be coming back after this.

This place is pretty good if you can handle the hour long wait time and the price but they always open later than the opening time and close hours before their actual closing time. This place could be much better if they were more consistent with their timing of order preparation and hours of business.

Ordered 2 large snoballs and they charged me for 3, brought it up to the employee and got 6 dollars in cash as "refund" even though the snoballs are 6.50 before tax, they were also out of napkins and spoons!

Be prepared to wait. The icee was "ok". My granddaughter and I ended up swapping our icee's. She preferred my sugar-free option.

On 5/9 we tried to get some from here. All signs were on but the building seemed empty. They should turn the ‘open’ signs off if they aren’t there or have to step away.
