Unprofessional, incompetent, rudeness !!!!!
It baffles me how these women in this office still have jobs. They are rude and very unprofessional. The mannerism and attitude is totally inappropriate. I have asked to speak to a supervisor on several occasions and I always get she is not in ( they will not tell me the supervisor name). I have left messages and the supervisor never returns my calls. Overall how they have talk to me is inappropriate. They will hung up in your face and when you call back they will not answer the phone. Amanda has to be the worst customer service rep I have ever encountered . She will hang up in your face and then try to talk down to you . On more than one occasion she has raised her voice at me and I had to correct her. They need new management!!!!

ZeroStars for customer service or complete lack of it! Young lady, (did not introduce herself to me) was beligerant and snippy to my co-worker, the call was transferred to me, she did not introduce herself but rather asked me to repeat myself 3 times. When she told ME to stop being rude I asked to speak to her supvervisor because this was wasting my time. Her supervisor, Laverne wouldn't let me finish a sentence, insisting that her employee did nothing wrong but apparently didn't have time to hear my complaint and then hung up on me. They took my CC information, but not my phone number or email-how do they plan on getting me the receipt? Rude, unprofessional and ill mannered staff! Management needs to fire everyeone and start over apparently in looking at their reviews, I'm not the first customer to have had this experience!

Horrible incompetent and rude. There is a reason they have a one star rating. The people talk down to you and are totally disrespectful. Obviously everyone in this office is related someone because they refuse to let you talk to a supervisor and give you nothing but grief when you call. I have asked for a bill three times and they still can’t get my address correct. Keep sending my bill to Rosenberg and see is it gets paid. #incompetence. #rudefolks #zerocustomerservice

There is one lady in that office who is extremely rude and patronizing. There is no physical way my 1 bedroom 1 bath could possibly use 45000 gallons in 22 days!!!!

They will shut off your water even though your bill is current and then charge you reconnect fees while ignoring the utility commission when they tell them to turn it back on. They have been keeping their doors locked to make it very difficult to pay your bill so they can pull stunts like this
