I can't say enough good things about Pool Pro - We purchased a Bullfrog M9 spa from them about 3 years ago. It is a great spa that has held up really well and continues to run great!

We have had a few issues here and there over the years and Isaac has stepped up every time. He is very responsive and works hard to keep everything running as it should. When you do have issues, he will be your advocate with the manufacture and do everything he can to make sure you are taken care of.

If you are questioning whether or not to buy from them - go for it! You won't be disappointed.

Today Nate and Connor opened our pool for the season and did an outstanding job! Their friendliness, courtesy, and the need for customer satisfaction attitude shines through. The older gentleman behind the register was so helpful and knowledgeable as I find that most of the people are that work here. I was surprised as we enjoy mid- October, cool autumn days in Pennsylvania that none of the chemicals were on sale. I pray that all these small businesses can stay a float during this time of inflation when people are struggling to afford the basics like food and shelter. I pray that this presidential election coming up in a few weeks will turn our country around for the better.

So unfortunately my cousin passed away very unexpected and she had an in ground pool that needed to be taken care of. Toni was great. Very knowledgeable. She didn't try to sell me chemicals when my old test kit was reading incorrectly. Super honest. I made the 30 min ride to them 3x last wk (for liquid chlorine and retesting) when I could have went to 2 other stores. They are worth the time.
