I thought this was a reputable store but when I went to return a broken item they said it was used. I only had it for 6 days but was refused a return. The guy told me we are not Walmart. They said they would replace the part that was broken. I never heard from them. I told them I wouldn't buy anything more than a few dollars again because they refuse returns. He got mad and said do you want your pump or not. If you keep talking like that I won't do it and I guess he didn't. I've been going to Presley's since I was a little kid down in the south end but I'm done.

Went there today with a Hoyt twin turbo I’d been having a lot of issues tuning. Took it to another shop first and they weren’t able to pinpoint the issues. It being the middle of deer season Chad was swamped but still took the time to look at it because I drove over an hour to get there. He was able to get it dialed in for me. I took it home and shot groups with fixed blades like I’ve never been able to with this bow. Excellent customer service. Will definitely continue to make the drive whenever I need anything.

Got my new bow there last week after a couple visits to try different bow builds. Service was excellent. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Shout-out to Chad and Mick!

A bait store that doesn't open till 8am isn't selling bait to real fisherman who wants bait at 5am for fishing at 6am.
Heck id buy it the night before but they close as early as they open late. PetSmart opens at 7am, guess I'll get some minnows there lol.

So. I called on a Saturday right after they opened. Said I wanted to spend big money on a bow. I told them what I wanted and took off on the 2hr drive there. Well I will be making that drive many more times. They made a lifelong customer out of me. Awesome store with awesome team members. Thanks guys!!
