So I never do reviews, but, I owe one for Quality Paint & Body. Matt and his team are complete professionals. I had significant damage from an unfortunate hit and run to my truck to my front end. Matt and his team did an excellent job in a prompt matter. Even with supliments needed from my insurance, I never had to call or stop by to see or know the progress because Matt kept me updated with every detail. I recommend this business 1000 percent. Thank you Matt and your crew. Me, my truck, and my dogs are forever appreciative to you guys. Thank you for getting us back on the roads, especially the backroads.

Best paint and biody shop in Tucson area. Period. Family owned and operated. In Oracle, where reputation matters, beyond all other considerations. Matt, the 2nd generation owner, is honest, helpful and fair. The shop is clean and he leverages automation to make doing business with him very easy and surprisingly non stressful. Even for a guy like me that considers my cars as part of the family.

I have had my 1998 SL convertible (which I bought new and plan to keep until they bury me in it 😍) in twice over 4 years, for nose and rump jobs. Both turned out perfectly.

Each time the price was fair and reasonable. Plus, the work was done right, the first time. On time too.

Recently, after being rear-ended in my almost new Audi SQ5, I first went to the dealer's collision repair center for an estimate. Silly me. After what was the typical and all too familiar run-around, after sitting an endless call center hold queue when they didn't follow thru, and employees that obviously didn't care a wit about customer satisfaction, I went to Matt instead. Factory parts, professional, caring service I could count on, for 50% less money.

The only down side with Quality Paint and Body, below its remote location, is that there is typically a 30+ day lead time for a scheduled service appointment. The shop is only open 4 days a week now (it's closed on Mondays). It's a small business with no plans to expand. (Which I actually consider a big positive rather than a negative.)

Regardless, good value is worth waiting for, right?

Took my 2014 Volkswagen Convertible in for some interior trim work and Matt, the owner, got a man on it right away to save me a second trip out to his shop. They got the parts installed in a very short time and the cost was more than fair. I highly recommend this shop for quality of work, fair prices and a very friendy owner and staff. Five Stars from me.

Had my truck painted and when I went to pick it up they forgot to put the Emblems back on also left tail gate off and it was laying in the bed of my truck .also didn't pull the dents out of the door just sanded it down and painted over the dents. Didn't notice the dents until the next day when the sun hit the truck. It was parked in the shade when I picked it up. Called the owner and he said we must of pushed the dents in with our hands. I will never do busy with them again .

The staff painted and installed a cab visor on my 93 Ford Bronco. From 0 to 10 the staff gets a 20 and 5 stars
