Once again RC Outfitters goes above and beyond to provide customer service. After I placed an order for my model and size, the store called to say the was an issue. Outfitters is a store that has been around since 1977 and is located on the riverfront in Peoria, making it easy to find. The store is a great place to find all your running needs, with a wide selection of shoes from various brands. The customer service is also top-notch.
While I was bit disappointed to find that they didn't have any shoes from Nike, I ended up buying a pair of running shoes from the store. Overall, Outfitters is a reliable and convenient place to shop for running gear.

Above and beyond and would highly recommend to anyone looking for full service in your shoe selection and fitting. Due to a very old injury and surgeries has left me with a whole size difference in my feet. They were able to sell me a brand that accommodates two different sizes. Absolutely amazing to have shoes that fit both feet! Thank you!

Shopping for shoes at RC Outfitters was so much better than I expected. Gina made the whole experience effortless for me. RC always has what I need in stock (New Balance 1080s, most recent version) as well as alternatives. The clerks are very patient and attentive as they serve you. Even better, their prices are competitive with what's online as far as shoes go. Their stock of running-related gear is also unsurpassed.

I just want to thank Sadie for all her help getting my new stabilizing, light, so very comfortable, cute shoes. I have been suffering from knee, hip, and back pain for quite some time now. I was told by my wonderful pharmacist to go to RC Outfitters for proper shoes. I did. So much pain went away instantly 😃. I LOVE THEM!!! This is just a wonderful place. I'm pretty sure I had tears of joy😂...THANK YOU SADIE💐!!! I'm positive my twin will be in soon 😁
