Drove all the way from Heber. Hit traffic so got to the store at 3 minutes to close. The worker walked up to the door, looked right at me and locked it. Well I guess that means they don’t need my business. Good thing the boot barn in Spanish fork is open until 8. Go and buy your western wear anywhere else. Or even better order it on Amazon as you know that service is excellent. Why have a business if customer service is not the priority.

Customer service was great! I had ordered a pair of work boots from them two years ago at their store, they didn't have my size in stock, they ordered it in for me which was great, and convenient, it was time for a new set of boots. I called the store, they were able to find the exact pair of boots I had purchased before, they ordered them for me, it will be shipped to my house in a week, it was very easy to do and the lady was courteous and professional, I would recommend anyone looking for good customer service and good quality to shop at this location!

The selection of boots is large and they have the best prices I've seen so far. There were many high quality, good looking boots for any budget. My only issue was the staff. Each worker came by over and over asking me if I needed help finding anything. Normally that's fine, but 3 workers asking me that 3 times each in my short visit got annoying. Then when I found the boots I wanted, they had some scuffs on them and I asked if we could throw some cream or polish on them (which seemed reasonable if I'm spending $150 on boots) and the employee seemed very bothered at my request. Finally when I was paying for the boots I asked if I could get the box for them and the workers acted like it was weird I'd want the box? It was an odd shopping experience. I'll definitely go back to Reams for the prices and selection, but definitely not the Provo location.

Sketchy, rude, over-priced, discriminatory, did I mention dishonest and rude? If I could sum this place up in one sentence, that would be it. If you have time and feel like reading one of my wordy but helpful posts, carry on!

I have 4 kids in extra curriculums, and I'm on a budget, so I spent an extensive amount of mental energy noting the different prices and style #s at four previous stores and two online retailers. So when I noticed a few pairs of boots we had seen before, I immediately knew they were being dishonest and using a sketchy marketing practice on their actual price tags.

They were all handmade tags (and very few pairs had original manufacturers tags still attache, ) and they said, "Their price: $$.$$
Our price $$.$$"
The "their price" was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than other stores and the manufacturer websites. the "our price" was generally $10-40 higher than the actual average retail, but around $30-50 less than their falsified competitor prices. They're banking on their buyers being too busy to research otherwise and insinuating that we are dumb and easily manipulated in one fail swoop.

The 2nd ding for this place was customer service. We weren't greeted, not a big deal, but we shopped for over an hour in an empty store w two employees and the three of us could easily be overheard asking each other questions and googling stuff about sizing, leather, fit etc. NOT ONCE did they ask if we needed help.

When I went searching for help, I stood by the register for 15 mins!! while one girl sat on her butt avoiding eye contact and the other socialized w an off the clock employee who was cleary on some sort of stimulant and was loudly telling a story about a dream she had while colorfully using every cuss word she knew (in front of my 4 year old).

When I was finally acknowledged, I was treated like a bug and an inconvenience. I googled the questions I had asked on the drive home, and they were way off.

We were tired of searching for boots, and our time had run out, so I nervously purchased a pair about $10 more than it should have been. The cherry on top was their ridiculous return policy. It was stapled ON TOP of the receipt, stuffed in the boots, and slapped on the box. It also only used "scare tactic verbiage," which is intended to make the consumer think they have no rights and the written policy appears as an actual ordinance or law, but actually its easily trumped by consumer rights. It stated, "absolutely no refunds or exchanges unless unworn with original tags attached. We have the right to refuse a manufacturer defect based on the stores investigating. We maintain the right to refuse any refund or exchange"

When I got home, I realized they had REMOVED their price tag!!! I asked others who had shopped here, and they also had their tags removed. Talk about sketchy AF! I will never shop here again and I will make sure no one I know does either. If this is how they treat all their customers, Its only a matter of time until they go out of business

The two workers today were absolute Karens. Harassed me and took photos of me as I was exiting the store (even followed me OUT of the store and took photos of my vehicle’s license plate) because I wouldn’t let them look in my backpack. (No obvious signage saying my own bags weren’t allowed.) Awful experience, will be telling my coworkers, and will likely write a letter to their owner about discrimination/harassment. All jeans sizes were listed in men’s, no female size conversion charts clearly posted. Mostly tougher worker’s jeans, lacked a decent selection of more comfy or well-fitting jeans.
