Went to Reams with my family to the check out the sales that we heard about on the radio, but the staff doesn’t listen to the radio (fair) and had no idea what we were talking about. They were very rude to us when we were wanting to apply the sales to our order and it was very uncomfortable. Please do better.

Went in for a sale. Sale signs posted everywhere. When we went to check out everything rung up as full price. We had to mention all of the sale items and the staff was so put out. Horrible customer service.

Extremely bad customer service.
They do not know their sales and are rude about it when you bring it up.
Also- it’s very unprofessional to give your guests side eye when you say thank you on your way out.

Just browsing. $42.00 for a tee shirt, I don't think so. The only thing I usually buy here is the lined jacket. When they are on sale you can get em for $20. bucks. That's pretty good to me.

After speaking on the phone about exchanging some pants, I purchased the night before from a different location due to the length, being too long, I was told yes they could do this, but when I brought my purchase in, I was informed no they could not. I informed her I had my receipt. The tags were still on the Levi’s. I had only tried them on at the store before and then decided the length was too much and she’s still said no but yet if you look up the return policy and or exchange policy, I’m not understanding why I was denied. I need these jeans for a trip I’m going on and today was my last day to do this. I will not be returning to this location ever.
