Not exactly sure how they won an award this year when everything they have is just slowly going down hill. I've bought multiple things and taken them home only to find they're molded. I know it happens sometimes, but this is just down right ridiculous. I'm not sure if it's the way they are storing things after they get their shipments or just inadequate coolers, but they are way too EXPENSIVE for all the misshaps. First time it happened it was with IGA brand sliced cheese. Now it's Hawaiian Rolls I was going to use for dinner. All things I bought the same day, came home, and refrigerated. The produce is absolutely horrific as well. Always poor looking vegetables on display.

The store is well organized. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. If you don't see it ask him for it and they will look in the back room for you. A little pricey.

Jeff in the meat department is always so friendly and helpful. I look forward to talking with him when I'm in the store. Yes the prices may be a little higher but I don't have to drive to Sparta or Waterloo and check myself out and bag my own groceries! I'm exhausted by the time I leave those stores and I sure you know which store I'm talking about.

Prices tend to run high but there are some really terrific sales deals if you plan ahead. Great customer service, particularly the deli and meat cutters. The bakery is a separate entity - they're awesome too.

A great local grocery store. We enjoy having one close to avoid driving 20+ minutes the closest big box grocery store. Friendly Staff and the produce is always extremely fresh. Love the Sally Cakes products available inside!
