Very helpful and kind staff! Clarissa and Jaycee were kind, patient, and helpful. I needed static shoes and they worked with me and my difficult two different-sized feet until we found the perfect pair. I thought the gift card had been credited for a return elsewhere, but it hadn't. They held my shoes for a week until my gift card was full again. So sweet and patient. They are great employees! I thank them so much! So far, I haven't zapped the office phone. Here's hoping!

Hate to say it but won’t ever walk in this store again. Been buying boots at this location for a couple of years but after two experiences with what I guess is a salesperson, Jaycee, I’ve lost every bit of confidence in any hope of decent customer service. In a simple five minute conversation about a three hundred dollar pair of boots I was sold on the first go around I was “warned” that I’d be stripped of a warranty and got nothing but rude responses to any questions. When it got directed to my wife, for no reason whatsoever, had about all I could stand.

Stuff like this is why a ton of folks don’t want to walk into stores anymore. Hard to get good people to work.

The young lady in the store helped me in finding a shoe that uses the boa system that I could wear in a casual setting not so much for safety. I had already purchased my work boots from this location with boa system and I'm going on 3 years having wearing them everyday mostly for work. They are lightweight and durable. I can't imagine buying any other shoe for my needs. I tried that before and they don't even last a year in casual usage. So I've always knows Red Wings are a good quality product. My father wore them when he worked for the Tx State Hwy Dept. Others I've known wore them for logging and they are just the best on the market for the price.

My boyfriend and I came here to get him some new work boots, and we were beyond impressed with the service and quality here. They have advanced technology to accurately measure your foot without being invasive, and the shoes they offer are the highest quality.
Jaycee helped us the entire time and she was so knowledgeable. She suggested the proper insoles to make the shoes fit perfectly and we left elated. I highly recommend this store to anyone who takes their work and their health seriously.

The store was nice. Organized, clean and neat. Surprised how small it was but it's going for a leather style so not a ton of room there but enough for a decent selection of higher priced but equal quality shoes and boots. Very friendly staff.

Great boots and great service. The employees were very helpful with finding boots to meet my work requirements. They were very considerate and explained the pros and cons of each pair. They were patient in getting multiple pairs and sizes of the boots for me. They were very apologetic when we found the style of boots I like was not supported by my work voucher and eagerly directed me to a pair that was comparable.

Customer service was the worst, two employees and I'm the only person in the store and they didn't greet me. Couldn't locate boots, and didn't contact another store to see if they were in stock.

We came in on Sunday afternoon, the employee was on the phone and she kinda great us and kept looking at her phone, we felt guilty that we came in and disturbing her. She looked kinda annoyed by us asking to look what size boots we need. It was shortest boot shopping in my life, like 7 minutes. No nice service, no boots...
