I went in to get new boots for my new job and Kyle was so helpful! He took the time to even run through what we can do about my old red wings and then went through telling me about every women’s boot until we found the right one! D&B Supply doesn’t have shit on the Red Wing customer service!
Also, Chris was there to help as well and they really went above and beyond for me.

*Women’s shopping experience*
I knew what I wanted - an American made, leather, Moc boot. I was about to click “buy”, but hesitated because I wasn’t sure about B vs D width.
I’m so glad I stopped by this store instead of purchasing online! Christopher was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and made this little lady feel completely comfortable in a men’s work-boot store. I tried on the pair of boots I wanted and they felt fine, but Christopher could tell I needed a narrower size. He brought me a different pair and they were way better! I never would have known I needed a different size for a better fit. Very happy with my experience and my new boots. And trust him when he says to buy the socks, they are incredibly comfortable.

I've been wearing Red Wings for over ten years with no problems. Till my last set I owned. The rubber went to crap on them. I went back into the store and talked to Mark Faulkner who went above and beyond to make it right. I ended up leaving with a new set of boots and in souls for a fraction of the price. He said he wanted to make it right and he deffinetly did. 5 star rating

Very disappointed in the customer service of Christopher. We walked into the store waiting to be helped. Another couple was behind us. He asked who was next and told him we were. Then he pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for and helped the couple behind us first. I vocalized that we were here first and that we didn't appreciate it that he helped the other couple first. His response was" Here we go again." Geesh, no respect! He was knowledgeable about the boot inserts which we were appreciative of. We had a company voucher and they didn't know how to process it and said he would call us back. There are many guys on this site with vouchers and they need to figure it out. The store called back and the reply was we are working on it. Paid full price! They didn't honor the voucher. For the price you pay, you should get the best customer service. Extremely disappointed in this situation. Telling co-workers to go elsewhere is not worth it.

We strive to recommend the right boot or shoe for each specific job type. Like tires, boots wear out, but we do offer some free repairs. There is a $115 charge to resole our boots that are resoleable models still in good condition. If you have an issue with any of our products please come in and see me personally.
