Stopped in to exchange a pair of Redwing boots that were bought for me. I was met by rudeness and a very unfriendly worker named Alan. I have been wearing Redwing Boots for over twenty years customer service and quality was a major part of my loyalty to this brand. Alan did not want to help with an exchange or try and help with a solution. Must of interrupted his lunch or break. Rather than support this store I took my business to Arvada where the staff there believes in customer service and helped me with the exchange. Going forward I will drive across town to Arvada rather than give one dollar to the Brighton store because of poor customer service. I hope this review makes it back to the corporate office.

I went into the Red Wing in Brighton today hoping to upgrade from my last set of work boots. I did not know quite what I was looking for or what would work best for me, thankfully Allen was there to greet me with a smile! After talking for a little while he was able to point me in the right direction for what boots would best suit my needs along with a detailed explanation as to why! Red Wing also has a wide selection to choose from for any hard worker, I was very impressed with my experience!

Never have owned a pair of Red Wings or even step foot into one of their stores, however, after today I will probably be a lifetime customer. I had an absolutely amazing experience from the moment I stepped through the door.

I was helped by Allen, who was extremely knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. There was absolutely no rush on his part, he took the time and effort to explain everything. Even as other customers came in, there was no push to finish with me, and at no time did I feel any pressure to buy anything.

With the knowledge from Allen and the measurements, literally the first pair of boots that I tried on felt absolutely amazing. I didn't even bother to try anything else on and walked out with that same pair of boots, which are still on my feet as I write this.

These are the most expensive pair of boots I've ever owned, but the process, the fit, the warranty and outstanding customer service make them seem well worth the price.

Well after my terrible experience with the store in Thornton, I found out there was a store right by my house.
Decided to give RedWing another chance and boy amI glad I did.
I was treated better and actually listened to.
Came in, same experience. Was on me right away by Rico. He asked me if I've been seen before, then proceeded to explain to me how it's gonna work.
He made sure he had the boot in stock then proceeded to scan my feet for size but also for pressure point to recommend soles to help with posture and feet /knees/back aches.
Now I've been buying work boots for over 10 years now and this one was special. And it took less time from walk in to buy than at the Thornton store which ended up with me walking out empty handed because they didn't have the stock.
Thanks again, Rico for making me feel valued.
Will definitely be coming back and will recommend to coworkers.

Good customer service. 2 stars due to unwillingness to exchange a "tuff toes" epoxy I bought 5 or 6 months ago due to lack of receipt.
Not only have I exchanged a dried out epoxy without a receipt at Whitesides in Brighton, but they also have a much larger selection, lighter boots, and go out of their way to help their customers. I highly suggest you shop Whitesides rather than redwing!

Yes we attempted to pull up my account yet it showed a purchase from years ago, not my recent purchase. Regardless, coming from years within a customer service role, this product could have been easily exchanged and considered a bad product at no cost to you even without documentation.
With at least 1k spent on boots over the years, the exchange would be a drop in the bucket compared to the profit made solely from my business. I most likely won't be back.
