Walked in on June 1st 2024 and immediately met with a hello from, Jason. He also asked my name so he could speak to me on a first name basis, wow!!! Excellent customer service and I’ve only been inside the store for less than two minutes, he even complimented my dirty work boots!!! Jason asked me several questions regarding what type of boot I was looking for and how they’ll be used. He introduced me to the Ultimate Fit Experience and asked me to stand on a mat and walk over one to help determine my actual shoe size and how I walk on my feet, oh wow!!! The results were very interesting and Jason made sure to walk me through everything so I understood. Applause to Red Wings for this, I felt like I was inside a high end shoe store being treated like royalty. He offered several style boots and the fit was excellent after the Ultimate Fit Experience. The store is very organized, clean and comfortable highly recommended a visit and Red Wing Boots! After almost two months these boots are very comfortable and worth every penny. ?

Wonderful experience! I called ahead to make sure the store had the boot I was interested in. Kent pulled some boots and had them ready when I arrived. He helped me with scans to show my foot size and what boots would work best. He was so knowledgeable! He found different types of boots and orthotic combinations for me to test until we found the perfect combo. He made sure that I felt confident in my choice by asking good questions and talked me through sale options to make sure I got the best price. He called another store and had them express ship me a pair of shoes, which saved me a trip to another location. Thank you, Red Wing and Kent, for fantastic service! After my boots' maiden backpacking trip, I'm confident I made the best decision.

My husband came in with hopes of finding a new pair of work boots. Jason surpassed our expectations with exceptional customer service. Very welcoming and very knowledgeable. Jason did a wonderful job guiding my husband to find the perfect fit for him. If you need work boots and need some guidance, this is the store to come to shop!

I went into this location this morning and I walked out a very happy man! The two ladies who were working there were very welcoming and made it a great experience. The woman who helped me was super friendly and extremely helpful, it really couldn’t have been better ? I pretty much knew what I wanted and she helped me get the boots quickly and easily. They have a couple measuring devices that hookup to an iPad to make sure you get the correct fit. You just stand on one, and then walk across the other and you’re done. Takes like one minute. There’s no guessing about sizes or widths, she just chose the correct one. Even after the measuring machine, she took the time to make sure everything fit properly. I appreciated that because if you choose the size yourself, you can end up with ill fitting boots after the leather breaks in. Don’t do you that. I like the fact that there are still places like this where you can actually get some help from great people. It’s something worth talking about if you ask me. She was not pushy at all either, just really, very pleasant and made sure I got what I needed. If you like amazing quality boots and people who actually help you get the right stuff, skip the other places and come here. Thank you so much, ladies! I came down to the Denver Red Wings shop this morning before heading to work for the day. I've been trying to find my accurate sizing on some Iron Rangers, Moc Toes and my work boots. Jason, who helped me tremendously, took the time to explain everything to me, was patient and worked with me in terms of sizing. He was very smart and kind.... overall a very positive experience. I will definitely make the commute to come to this store more often. The staff is great. Thanks again, Jason.

Jill was so amazing and helpful!! I needed my current work boots replaced after only 3 months because they were starting to get worn out. Jill helped me get the perfect size and comfort insoles! She also educated me on the real comfort and durability of the boots and made me feel sound in my investment. She even ordered me my size in the heeled boots that I really liked, so I will definitely be back, even if it wasn’t for those heels! Overall I had great customer service and she was very kind, patient and attentive.
