Trato malo por un empleado me hizo sentir inferior salude al entrar y me ignoró enseguida entro una Sra americana y fue muy cortes el sr es una persona mayor eso fue el domingo 2/5/23 fui un día anterior y me trataron amablemente y el domingo dejo muy mala impresión Al contrario del joven que nos trató amablemente Por favor terminen que esas diferencias capaciten a sus trabajadores todos merecemos ser tratados igual. Revisen sus cámaras fue entre 12:00 y 1:30 Gracias

I had an issue with my purchase from another location . Between the corporate office and this location my issues were resolved.
The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. This location will be my new go to for all my future purchases. I just wanted to say Thank you and excellent job .

For the love of me. I thought I was getting the king of shoes. I was 100 percent wrong. I paid 200 dollars for some work boots and they are horrible. Within 1 month the "leather" is peeling like hell. The shoe glue on the front on both shoes are coming apart. The side of one shoe is coming apart. I work in a warehouse so...yes I kick boxes but with one to 3 months they are ugly as hell. I have 40 dollar Walmart shoes hold up better. The memory form is TRASH. My feet hurt like he'll and I had them for months. They ARENT American made. Just some trash Asian shoe they got for 20 dollars. The guy in the store was a jerk too. I walked in and he didn't say anything to me. Not even a hello. He was talking to a guy in the store for like 20 mins and when I ask a simple question he told me to wait. I waited to get the worst shoe. I ever had in my life.

The staff of gals was friendly and helpful. Came in three weeks ago because one of my guys needed a good pair of work boots and to get mine re-soled. He ended up with a nice pair of steel toed Red Wings. It took two pairs of throw away ones to make the switch. Mine came back yesterday with the more aggressive tread I picked out. Although they are 14 years old, the leather conditioning and new laces have them looking great. The scuffs on the toes are almost nonexistent and one pair of inserts later my feet are again happy. After throwing out 3 lesser pairs of boots it goes back to the saying you get what you pay for. True that a re-sole costs half of what a new pair goes for, do the math over 14 years. Lifetime laces and conditioning included free of charge.

I brought in a very old pair of work boots to get conditioned. The souls were extremely dry rotted. It was suggested to me that they should be resouled. I decided not to spend the $150.00, and l asked to just get them oiled. The boots were brought to me and quickly placed in my bag. When l got home and looked them over, l noticed that part of the soul was missing.
What kind of person would give me back my boots without showing me the damage?
I would have understood if he owned up to the damaged boot, but to be sneaky about it was disappointing.
