I love my annual trip to the Red Wing store! They have the best service, and a great selection of boots in stock. I've been buying boots my entire life, so I've bought many different brands from many different stores, and Red Wing stores always have the best service. They'll help you select the right boot (whatever your price range is), make sure it fits right, and take care of you even after you leave the store. I've never been a big fan of the boots themselves, always seemed overpriced for what you get. However, if you want Red Wing shoes, this location will not disappoint you! If you buy a pair of shoes here, you get free shoe laces for life too! And they'll oil your boots free of charge for life too! So, if you want the best service possible, you can't go wrong here!

My employer pays for Red Wing boots, and I'm a Wolverine guy, so I was a little leery going into the store here. I was cheerfully greeted by a woman who was already helping another customer, so I began browsing. After a minute or two, she said she saw the company logo on my shirt, and asked if I was there to use a boot voucher from them. I told her that I was, and since I already had the list of approved boots with me, she pointed me in the right direction of where to browse at, and said she'd be with me as soon as she finished up with the previous client. As I browsed the exuberant selection of boots, I listened to her talking to the other customer. She was very informative, and answered every question thoroughly. After the customer before me had finished making his selection and settling up, she came over to me and asked if she could get anything for me to try on. I had my four year old son with me, and she was very nice to him while still being professional and informative. I chose the style of boots I wanted, so she measured my feet and went to get them. They fit great! She made sure to inform me everything about the boots, the warranty, and how to care for them. She also told me that if I bring the boots back in to the store, they will oil them for free, plus when I need new shoelaces, they'll replace them for free!

Overall, this store is very clean, organized, well-stocked, and has very friendly knowledgeable staff. If you need Red Wing boots, this is a great store to come to.

My fist and last experience with redwing.. I was recommended by a friend to give redwing a try. Because of the “quality” name redwing I dropped $320+ on a pair of heritage boots. After 6-8 months the threads were coming out of the bottom of the boot so they resouled them. I have a desk job. This was way to early for this. Close to year 2 I go on a week vacation and leave my boots at home. Come home to the bottom foot bed shrunk a 1/2” from the side of the boot. I sent them off to redwing only to be told they are un-repairable. From what I was told these should have easily lasted 5-10 years with the occasional resoul. At this rate I can drop 160 on a new pair of better looking boots. I was offered 25% off a new pair. Just not worth the headache of giving it another shot. Had high hopes and it didn’t work out.

I went in today needing a pair of steel toe sneakers for my factory job. The nicest lady helped me and made the experience so fast and easy. I will gladly recommend this store to anyone!

Been here twice now. The staff is useless...
I have came in for boots and walked out because of the inability to have a simple conversation about their product.
Today I went back (apprehensively) and I asked for a pair of insoles. The lady was puzzled as I pulled a pair of "soul" brand insoles out of a pair of shoes. I simply brought in that insole to compare sizes. She was so puzzled it was boring to me. So I chose to help myself while she fumbled over her computer instead of helping me. She stated they do not sell "soul" insoles. I stated she did not sell redwings she sold "soul" in a redwing package. She grew even more confused and catty. So I showed her the wrapper where her legendary redwing (soul) insole said soul on the package and left. Never again.
