Well Maintained

This is the only place I buy my work boots. No real reason to go anywhere else. The ladies here are intuitive and educated on all the Redwing products i.e. Worx, Irish Setter, and of course Redwing. I came in to browse and was offered a dust and cleaning of my current boots. So of course I accepted. Thank you all.

I bought a pair of expensive steel toe work boots and I was so unhappy with them for the first 2 months. They caused so much pain it was paralyzing. At the end of the first month, I was crawling on my hands and knees to go from my bed to the bathroom. It really did feel like my bones in my feet were broken. The 2nd month wasn't much better. But at some point into the 2nd month, I managed to break them in, and they became the most comfortable shoe I ever owned. I believe I paid close to $250-$300 on those shoes and felt at the time like they were too expensive. But now, looking back in hindsight, I don't feel that way. These shoes have lasted me a little over 3 years, and they are finally falling apart. So even at $300 for shoes that lasted 3 years was worth it. My other work boots were $140, and they lasted between 1-1.5 years. And where not as comfortable. But at least they didn't break my feet either.

Came in with my boyfriend who was looking for work boots; we were welcomed in and immediately received help and detailed answers for our all of our questions. The store has a really cool foot scanning system that shows you a personalized 3D model of your feet, pressure points, and a map of your stride. Alexia and Brittany were extremely knowledgeable & recommended great boots for the kind of work he does as a heavy equipment mechanic. Thank you again to Brittany and Alexia for being so helpful and friendly!!

Great place. Even better customer service. It had a very good home feeling when walking in. This is a high-end shoe/boot store, so be prepared to pay a big price for a long lasting and durable shoes/boots. its worth it. i have never heard anything but GOOD about Red Wings.
