Amazing customer service! Megan was really helpful and offered a lot of information regarding shoes, insoles, and even socks. Helped me find the best insoles for my long lasting problem, and even offered some others that would help as well. Very polite staff, a good tone goes a long way

Can't say enough great things about Ashley and her team at the Fort Smith Store! She's flat out amazing and cares so much about getting everything right for the customer!

Eric also helped me over a couple of different visits, a lot of patience and taking the time to educate me on what lasts would best work for me, sizing and a lot of General questions... my experience was incredible. My new Heritage 1907s are amazing. I also came back and bought a pair of Iron Rangers the next month. I'm gonna be a RE customer for a long time. Thanks again to Ashley and her staff!

We came into the store to buy my husband his second pair of work boots with custom fitted insoles. The whole process went perfectly and smooth. It was on blackfriday MEGAN was hands down the best employee I have encountered yet. She was down to earth and easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable

If I could give 1000/10 I would just bc she was so great.

Its not a cheap store but you get what you pay for!

Very helpful in trying to find the best fit for my feet. We added insoles for my arches and a better sock to wear day to day. I will absolutely be shopping here for my boots from now on!!

Went to go purchase boots and the front door was unlocked. Lady behind desk asked if I was needing boots, and I told her yes. She said they wasn’t didn’t open till 9 am, and I was 855 when I had walked in. Asked since I am in here, could I look around and she said no. So I told her that’s fine, I will go to Gelco and get my boots. So I did.
