Top notch experience with this Red Wing store. First time Red Wing customer. Been searching for a long time for the right pair of work boots. I’m a handyman and I’m always on my feat and need the right boots. The store manager helped me get set up with the right boots based off their gate software in store. She set me up with these boots and a set of insoles. Both are the thing I’ve been looking for!

After a couple weeks of everyday use, my left boot developed a squeak for some reason. I stopped by again to talk with them and they warranties my boots and got me a new pair. Great experience with the store manager and the store owner. Thank you.

Store website says you have 30 days to return but that’s a lie. They only let you do one “comfort” return. Beware before buying or you will be stuck with over priced shoes you can’t do anything with. Update since I’m not allowed to respond to accusations of being wrong. See per the RW website. It does not mention limits nor did either time I tried a different size.

For purchases made at a Red Wing Shoe store, we require that you return the item to the store where you made the purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the purchase receipt and returned to the store where the item was originally purchased. Please contact the store for any specific return policies.

ANY potential consumer deserves to know especially when they are looking to invest in quality, comfortable work wear that when they small stores as such where you can’t fully walk around and get home and realize it’s not the fit you need they need to RETURN FULLY. Maybe there should be signs posted or staff trained to let those new to the brand be aware of the policy.

Went in today 9/3/2024 to inquire about a warranty claim on a pair of Traction Tred Lite Boots. I Bought them back on May 11 2024. The toe is already starting to wear through after 4 months. I was told she would have to contact owner who didn't answer. She then said she couldn't do anything about it until he was aware I would have to come back. They close at 6 and I get off at 5 over a hour away or on a Saturday. I expressed my concern of them further tearing and being considered abusive wear and not be warrantable.She then said we'll I would consider that abusive and not warranty them from the looks and said she was sorry. I have owned Red Wing boots for over 25 years never a problem. With that being said I will appeal to Corporate. A pair of boots that cost 289$ should last longer than 4 months. Will never go to this store or buy Red Wings again.

We used Red Wing to outfit our regional construction crew with new boots through their Business Portal. The process went flawlessly and was surprisingly simple. Dan Weiss was helpful and timely in getting the ball rolling and Shawna Dasilva at the counter was very helpful getting everyone outfitted with boots that met our criteria and budget.

Tiny store. 3 customers in the store and barely any room to navigate the selection of products. As long as your patient, it’s fine. The sales girl was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Checkout was easy. I used the foot scanner which is cool. It shows the pressure points when you walk. The inserts they recommend sell range in price and are expensive. Unfortunately, the quality of these supports are cheap. Even though it took care of my high arch issue, the padding for the rest of the insert is too thin and caused the rest of my pressure points to hurt. Definitely do not recommend them. I purchased a different type of arch support and inserts for a fraction of the cost at the drug store up the street and they do the job. I feel like I wasted my money on these expensive inserts. Also, the arch support was barely glued to the padding and separated from them causing them to be useless.

Bought some Iron Rangers here a couple years ago for Christmas, met the owner of the store super nice guy, was thrilled with the boots and store initially but stitching in the soles wore off within a year from purchase. They are now unwearable. These boots are not cheap and they are advertised as “high quality will last you years”. They are neither of these things.

Additionally, I would like to clarify I not particularly hard on my shoes, I have many pairs of various other shoes that have lasted 5+ years of daily wear and tear. I saved money to be able to buy the iron rangers (350$) and they fell apart on me. Extremely displeased with the quality. See pictures below for stitching issue.
