My husband has been buying the same style of work boots for the last 25+ years. The last 2 purchases have been at this establishment.
We went in on Saturday to order my husband a new pair of work boots. He wears a size 15, so we know they have to be special ordered.
We were informed that they have discontinued his boots in which no man who wears Red Wings wants to hear those words.
Aaron (I believe is his name) got right on the phone to call around and see if any other store had them in stock. We were in luck! He found them at another store to have them shipped to them. He suggested that we buy 2 pair and all I could think was $$$. I was worried about the expense of 2 pair of Red Wing boots when he offered a $40 discount on EACH pair! Because of them, my husband will get at least 7 more years of his favorite style work boots. I couldn't be more grateful for their help finding his discontinued boots and even more grateful for the discounted price! Thank you Red Wings of Hanover, PA. We will be back in 7-8 years to find him the next style of boots! Thank you!

Very pushy owners, and not very knowledgeable of boots. I went in and told them I was looking for a pair of lace-to-toe boots and they looked at me like I had three heads…they said they never heard of lace to toe boots. And after I bought a pair of boots and the outsole started to deteriorate (a little over a year later) when I had a question about warranty coverage, he (store owner I guess) got very impatient and irritated and kept saying “I don’t know what to tell you”. I will never buy from this store again…and I might stop buying Red Wing altogether. Been buying them for nearly 30 years. The quality is not what it used to be.

I recently ordered a pair of boots from this store & had them shipped to me where I live in SC. I called to see what the return policy was & the gentleman told me they absolutely do not do returns. So I’m out $170 for a pair of boots that don’t fit. I don’t understand why I can’t return a brand new pair of boots that I ordered 3 weeks ago. Oh wait, I do understand, it’s because the owners are cheap & their customer service is nonexistent. I even offered to pay for shipping. You try & do the right thing & not order from Amazon & it comes back to bite you. It’s very common for boots not to fit right, and for $170, this isn’t right. These people are crooks

Excellent shoe shop. Great customer service. Made in USA 3835 red wing boots are the only shoe/boot crossover that last me more than three years. For me it’s only Red Wings.

I took a pair of mismatched Redwing boots back this morning and Aaron and the staff exchanged them with no questions asked. I've purchased many pairs of boots from the store over the year's. Many thanks to Aaron and the staff,it's a pleasure to have a store that backs there product and appreciates there customers. I will definitely return to the store to purchase there shoes, boots, belts, etc.

Came in tonight with my boyfriend looking for a certain pair of boots. This location hadn’t had the kind he was looking for. But, the owner and young lady working were very helpful and knowledgeable! They were both able to provide different options and honest feedback to help make the process efficient in deciding what boot will be most beneficial for him. Great experience! Definitely would recommend this location to those in search of work boots!
