Purchased a pair of boots about 11 months ago through Sam. A few days ago the stitches starting coming apart at the top of the boot. Took them in this morning when they first opened up and I do believe the female was the manager but not sure, But she replaced the boots with a brand new pair because she said the boots can not be repaired because of the location of the stitches on the boot. It's nice that companies like this still care about there customers. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a high qaulity of boots.

The foot pattern walk on it gizmo, was true. I'm a heel toe striker. Lots of foot discomfort at the end of the day. Particularly in my heels. Decided to shop red wing shoe store based on reputation of red wing shoes. I wanted a very light work shoe with great support. The salesman was all about that in the beginning. Although he recommended boots later in the sales. I declined the heavier boot recommendations. I must have tried on 3 or 4 pairs of shoes. Each succeeding one felt better than the last. But, inc then, having worn my shoes for more than a week, I'm going to need an air insole or something. After an hour at work of standing on concrete floor, my big toes ache. I wire panels so I cannot sit. I work a ten hour shift, 5 days a week, overtime on Saturdays. I need a cushioned insert. The salesman showed me some of the red wing inserts but, they were very thin, lacking the aaa! I need. Patience. The salesman had great patience, well informed about which shoe offered what. He didn't mind repeating himself. Never once rolling his eyes or sucking his teeth. Very well mannered throughout the sale. I'm appreciative of his patience and knowledge..

The experience of getting your foot professionally measured is amazing. Came here for some saftey toe work boots and I am so glad I didn’t just order online. I ended up not liking the ones I had selected online, and found a great set of Irish setters with vibram soles instead. (Update to come as I break them in)

Will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

Exceptional boots and wonderful service. My feet ache most of the time, but not with these boots. Great accessories including long metal shoe horns. Will be recommending this store to my family and friends.

Just adding to previous review:
My extended family has purchased several pairs of boots from the Monroeville Red Wing in the short time it has been open and have all been exceptionally pleased. When talking over Christmas, my nephew, who doesn't comment on many clothing items, described his boots as "life changing". His job requires steel toed boots and after experiencing the discomfort and the rapid wearing out of other boots, the guy could not be happier. Certainly makes the work day more pleasant.

Got a pair of Iron Ranger boots here and was fitted by Brandon and Vince. They provided great customer service and I can always go back for any questions or problems in the store! Serves much better than buying online also because they handle all the returns and have a monthly service program where they will condition and service my boots monthly for FREE. Great guys and I'm definitely going here again when I need some boots.

Great store with excellent customer service. Josh was fantastic, handling the Saturday morning high customer volume including our inquisitive toddler like a champ. My husband walked out of the store wearing a high quality Red Wing work boot that was properly fitted and at a reasonable price. Invest in your feet!

The sales person (Brandon) I dealt with was probably the best I have ever dealt with. After he finished up with another customer he gave a quick rundown of which boots were where. Brandon gave me just enough time to think of what I might want and started going into specifics about the materials in the boot. Not once did he try to upsell me (which I hate). Ex: He recommended the inserts to buy, but did not push the item. Overall I would go back to the store in a heartbeat. That was probably the least painful experience I’ve ever had buying boots, and I’ll be sure to stop back.
