Despite the negative reviews, I had a decent time at this location. I wore a pair of Loggers doing line work and I conditioned them every month. Started to leak towards the 11th month and I was given a brand new pair from the 12 month warranty. Granted, I had to push for it, but that's life for you. The new pair is going on 13 months, they're still waterproof and have tread left. For a $300 boot I only get a year out of your soles until my inside ball is near bald. The soles need to be more durable, a year for a $300 boot is crazy.

BUYER BEWARE!! Very unhappy customer. Just over 2 months ago I bought a brand new pair of red wing traction tred boots. The stitching on the toe started to come apart on both boots. I brought them back to the store to resolve the issue. They told me there was nothing they could do because it was from wear and tear. I have owned them for literally 66 days, probably worn for half of that, and my $287 dollar boots are falling apart. I had the receipt and original box and they wouldn't do anything. No replacement, offer to repair or even a discount off another set. Nothing. So my advise to anyone thinking about going with an expensive "quality" pair of boots, stay away from redwing. They are no longer a "Quality" product. They do not back up their product. I have had redwings in the past and never had an issue, apparently covid changed their quality. I now have a pair of $287 dollar paper weights. Thanks alot redwing

Not what they use to be. Will only get about 6 to 8 months if lucky. I apply boot conditioning to them weekly and they still crack.This pair came creased too. Not to mention that the price is 35% higher no increase in quality. If it wasn't the fact that my feet won't fit anything else I'd go elsewhere.

I drove 2.5 hours to visit this location and was not disappointed walked away with 2 classic mocs and coasters (that I didn't know I needed). I actually changed into one and walked around Costco and really glad I got them. The associate was super patient with me. It was also cool to meet Deb, a Red Wing veteran of 35 years. Wow!

I came in for a slip on shoe. The staff member was able to show me a pair. She then retrieved my size from the stock room. I tried them on and liked them. I was in and put in 10 minutes.

The lady in your Newington store who helped me could not have been better. She was great! I have been a Red Wing customer for 20 years, and have always had a good experience at this location. My company has a voucher program for boots, and the boot i wear isn't available on line. There was a glitch in our voucher, and she worked with me to resolve it. Great products, awesome service!
