This is a cool store with a great selection of men’s boots and shoes. They have a scanner that you can step on that helps you find your perfect shoe size. Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful. The boots are all high quality with an unbeatable lifetime warranty and they have a great selection on display. If they don’t have the size you need in stock they can quickly order it for you to try on in the store within a few days.

Hopefully Monica is working the store when you decide to go to the Palm Harbor Red Wings store. She was a wealth of information on all the brands of shoes and boots. My son needed to purchase his first boots for his mechanic job. She took time educating him on all the aspects of the boots and the soles.She explained how to care of the boots and left no questions unanswered. You definitely walk out of there feeling confident that you bought the perfect boots. You also know that Monica truly loves her job. We will be back. Thank you for making the visit surprising pleasant.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Monica was so extraordinary I felt I had to take a moment to ensure she was recognized. When I entered the store, Monica was with another customer, but she made sure to welcome me and let me know she'd be with me shortly. The customer she was with, I'll say, was no easy customer. Yet she was kind and patient and transparent with him. From the moment she started with me, I took note at her incredible knowledge base and professionalism. She explained the process of trying shoes, explained the sizes and the theory behind choosing the right size; related to the break in and your foot dynamics. I ended up with a pair of Iron Rangers and couldn't be happier. Monica endured to ask me if I was a veteran and applied a discount accordingly. I was so impressed, I took a moment to compliment her prior to leaving. This was a no pressure buying experience in which I left 100% content with my purchase.

Incredible quality boots at a store with even more incredible staff. It is difficult to find a better customer service experience than can be had here. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and will make sure you get in the right boots. If something goes wrong, they'll effortlessly help fix the mistake.

Monica was the best!!! Made my experience amazing and she was so patient and educating on purchasing my work boots. She took her time and even stayed past closing to assist me and appreciate her being so patient. Will be returning for all my future boot needs.
