Had a fantastic experience getting new boots for me and my son. We both have large wide feet and we were able to get boots in stock at this store. Plus the gentleman helping us were AWESOME! Highly recommended!!!

Very kind, professional , knowledgeable about product, and care to give you the right product and not try to see you on something in a higher price. I highly recommend here if you want the best boot for you

I’ll start with Redwings are great boots! But unfortunately they have poor representation at this store. Manager wouldn’t return an unworn pair of boots so I asked for his name so I could deal with redwing corporate. He was unwilling to give his name and just repeated that he’s been there since 1993? I have no clue how he has made it this long. The photos attached are the used shoes

I contacted Red Wing corporate office looking for a specific pair of boots. They told me to contact this location, inventory showed they had a pair. I contacted the store and I purchased the boots over the phone within 2 days the boots had made to my home in North Carolina. Outstanding customer service.

Just recently bought myself a pair of boots... They took a 3D scan of my foot to suggest a size, as for the ones I got they fit great offer free laces for life and the customer service they provided was excellent would definitely recommend

2018: High quality boots and high quality customer service. Update 2025: It has been a few years since I have purchased a pair of Red Wing boots. I bought a pair recently and had a concern about my purchase. Long story short they took care of me and my boot problem. When they say they want to get you into the correct boot they mean it. If you are looking for great customer service, a knowledgeable sales team, and great selection of boots stop in here and give them a chance.
