I've been a customer of this location for 10 years now and it's always the best customer service experience every time. I decided to stop by today on Black Friday for some new work boots. I got my work boots for 20% off but the employee offered to also replace my everyday boots for me today under the warranty, totally free of charge. The guys in this location already had a customer for life even before today, but this is the kind of service that you don't get anywhere else.

I was looking for specific boots for my husband and called the Springdale store to see if they had them in stock. Most places showed to have these certain boots out of stock. Kelton helped me tremendously and had the boots in stock and got them shipped to me quickly!

All the employees were great. Sadly not much of an on hand selection. It was mentioned several times "I can order that for you." I pay premium price for premium service. I'm a loyal Redwing customer. I will not return to this location in the future. Not typical of redwing.

Have shopped here multiple times in the past. Good experience. Boots lasted years and were still comfortable.

Went to get some shoes with safety toes and the style with a stretchy tongue. I need a wide in shoes and they didn’t have it. I can fit a 11.5”, but the slip on tongue made the 11.5” hard to slip on. I wanted them to transfer in a pair of both 11.5” and 12” wide to try both since they didn’t have in store.

They would not do it without me buying both pairs. For the price we pay for these shoes and the custom insole, they can pay the $10 to transfer shoes from their own warehouse. It’s not like we can buy these online either. They said it was their location policy.

Will not shop at this location again. Will grab new shoes at another location when out traveling for work.

Been going here for a few years now since I've moved to NWA. Always been helpful and get what I want, though normally they've had to be ordered. Glad that they now carry my boot.

Glad I also don't have to do my own tuff toe.

I like the boots. The Tuff Toe install they did, they didn't like, made me wait in store for them to redo it. It came out kinda sloppy. Also said they'd oil my boots and give me new laces, and didn't do either of those. This is why I do my own maintenance. So, a mixed review from me. Sorry for shaky photos, I was in the car.
