Excellent costumer service, very great staff. I tried on many different boots an sizes, Brenden took care of my needs an sent me home happy. I drove an hour to get there an it was worth it.

I don't need to go in there very often but when I do, it's always fast, easy, and simple. The staff is always great to work with, and very very nice. They have always had what I wanted but they are more than happy to try to get something your size/ style ect if they don't have it in stock. Boot lace charm was mine.

Jeremiah is the number one guy to get boots from. Spends that extra time to make sure you get the correct boot for the job as well as getting your sole to match your arch. I am so pleased with my purchase. I would never want to go see anyone else. I was needing some work shoes. I knew I needed steel/composite toe but, other than that, I wasn’t completely sure what I needed. Jerry was more than happy to answer any questions I had and went back and forth from the back room multiple times to let my try on different pairs my size. He also used a machine to scan my feet, leading to the discovery that I have high arches, which is something I did not know, and proceeded to recommend and tell me the benefits of their arch support inserts over other brands’ cheap ones. He is one of the friendliest and most likable guys I have ever met, and I will definitely be shopping there again, if I ever need another/new pair.

The guy in there was very helpful and very nice. Cleaned my current boots up and sold me an amazing pair of new boots and insoles from their cool insole computer thing. Will definitely be going back!
