Pésima atención traje unos zapatos a probar la garantía de limpieza además de que duraron una semana me trataron de engañar disiendome que estaban limpios cuando de primera vista semiraban húmedos y susios de la suela fue un traspaso para aser el trabajo en ese rrato pésima limpieza estoy enojado con esta tienda basura de trabajo x (

Me cobraron 100 x la suela

Don't buy Oxford BOA steel toe shoes. After only 1 year of wearing them I gave up on them. Very low quality material. Get leather boots for greatest longevity.

Wow. Probably a great store with great boots. But I’ll never find out. A friend recommended that I try redwing for quality boots. The two employees at the store basically refused to let me try anything on or spend any time in there without registering my information on their tablet computer first. Doing so would have offered a foot scan with proper sizing and all sorts of stuff such as the recommendation for the perfect boot. But I was not in the mood to contribute to big data. They kept pushing, including putting the tablet in front of my face, and showing the checkbox where I could opt out for promotions. I said sorry this is too much for me, I’m walking out. And they wished me a nice day. They were nice enough and probably would’ve provided great service, but I am not giving my money to a company that mandates collecting my information first. Not for a simple transaction like letting me buy a pair of shoes.

I walked into the Yuma store to buy a new pair of Red Wings. I've owned many Red Wings before, so I am very familiar with their styles and quality. I walked in and the sales rep immediately started collecting data which I did particularly like, but I figured I just go with it so I can get some new boots and be on my way quickly. I asked what selection of size 14 boots that he had in stock, he then told me that I needed to take off my shoes and step on his platform sp he could analyze my feet fpr a proper fit before he could see his inventory. I told him I've owned may Red Wings and already feel certain styles fit perfect... he said he couldn't see his inventory without me stepping on platform again, so I just left.

I purchased two heavy duty footbed inserts along with some socks on 12/15 and wanted to give you some feedback. I'm no longer taping my foot for my Plantar Fasciitis and I'm walking 2 to 4 miles everyday, pain free! I really appreciate the time Salvador spent with me.
