Mi tienda favorita de deportes. Especializada en deportes al aire libre, pero encuentras de todo. Lo baños no funcionaban, pero por lo demas todo estuvo bien.

Needed to return a pair of defective gloves but the guy up front was pretty rude about it and wouldn’t do it because he “couldn’t resell them.” I used to work there and would definitely do returns for defective products, especially for long standing members. Unfortunate experience and honestly, if REI has meh customer service and doesn’t stand behind product quality, might as well shop at Sierra down the street for cheaper.

Nice store to shop for ski stuff and other outdoors type activities. Limited selections on my particular need and the one I picked seemed to be outrageous in price but I don’t think it was the stores pricing and it was just after Christmas so it’s most likely my timing. The service was excellent.

Jeremy and Mike were super helpful with picking out a beginner ski setup and getting fitted for boots. They took the time to explain all of the different variables in a ski setup and were patient with my million questions.

Why am I member here? I gotta get rid of these REI credit card points. How can I do that of I can't get someone to help me. Everyone here acts like they hate working here. I walked up to the ski tuners and the lady behind the desk said hi and immediately started helping someone behind me. I said excuse me and she said he can help you, referring to a guy working in the tune shop, then she walked off. I waited for help and I gave up. This place sucks.

One of the best REI stores and here's why. They know their products well and when you are buying ski gear that is important. Patch, the sales associate was fantastic in addressing my concerns for ski boots. Great selection of outdoor equipment.

I’m so dissappointed with the staffs specially in the front just now. I was trying to get a pair of shoes and no one is at the back where the shoe section is to help me so I tried ask for help in front and the girl in the cashier was so sarcastic and rude to tell me , you just want one shoe with smirk in her face. The hell is that? And was supported by the guy. I was just trying to get a gift for my friend and now I just walked out the store very very dissappointed . Thanks guys for ruining my morning.
