I guess there's a lot I need to learn about being a runner: Number 1 is, it's not cheap!!

I have to say that the employees here could not have been more helpful and friendly and it's a super cute little store, with a running mat/lane & treadmill...

There is not however adequate parking and in my opinion, the sneakers all looked the same. They are obviously appealing to the higher end shoppers and students because the merchandise pricing is quite high.

I took my over 60 mom in because she needed some good walking shoes for PT. Rhode Runner was recommended by her PT doc because they’re one of the only stores that still size customers. Upon walking in we met James who was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, took the time to measure her feet, made sure my mom was sized correctly and presented her with her perfect options. You could tell he cared about getting her the right fit because his service never felt rushed. It made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. She left with a pair each of Brooks and New Balance that she felt structurally stable walking in. Highly recommend asking for James!

Loved my experience here. My sales person was awesome! Listened to all my concerns and took the time to show me so many different shoes and allowed me time to try them out on a treadmill. I love my sneakers I purchased. I think I’ll go there for all my sneaker needs. Highly recommend.

I went to Rhode Runner because I had no idea what I needed or even liked in terms of running/walking shoes. Ryan was incredibly helpful--he measured my feet for size and watched me walk so he'd know what kind of feet I have (high arch, flat, etc.) and then he made recommendations. I honestly came in looking for Nikes or maybe Asics--that's what I knew but ended up leaving with the best and most comfortable sneakers I've ever bought: Hokas! Thanks, Ryan!

Just left this store after visiting it for the first time. David, my sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. I told him my specific challenges and he knew exactly what type of sneaker I would need. He brought me three different types and explained the differences and similarities of them. I left there sneakers in hand and feeling very comfortable with my purchase! Thank you, David - you sure do know your sneakers!!!!

This Google review is long overdue, but I went to Rhode Runner over a year ago dead-set on getting a pair of colorful Hoka's. After trying a pair on, I realized they just didn't fit right, and the expert who assisted me suggested I try Brooks. They felt like clouds! I took home a pair of black Brooks running shoes and have worn them religiously, everywhere, ever since. And they go with most outfits ;). Also, the short indoor track they have is very cool and perfect for testing out your new kicks.
