Huge thanks to Sean and the team at Ridgeline Bike and Ski! They got my bike ready for a big trip on the Hiawatha trail, and I had zero issues, no flats, all thanks to their expert help. I'm a PSIA Level II instructor with 38 years of teaching experience. And I'm so impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Ridgeline Bike & Ski. After arriving late for an appointment for a ski boot fitting, I left the shop very satisfied. The owner, Jeremy, along with Mark Miller, stayed nearly two hours beyond closing time to make sure my boots fit properly. In today's world, service like this is hard to find. Their commitment to customer care and satisfaction is commendable. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone who is serious about the level of their skiing ability. I can't speak highly enough about the team at Ridgeline! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Jeremy was an incredible help when it came to fitting ski boots. He took the time to address all of my concerns and provided me with a new perspective on buying gear. I definitely got the help I needed—and then some! The level of service here is top notch. A huge thanks to Jeremy, as well as Ben and Tyler, for making the experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend Ridgeline for all your gear and boot fitting needs!
Furthermore, the 3D boot scan was a great tool to help find the right boot for your foot. The custom foot beds are also very high-tech! With all the tools here at Ridgeline, you're sure to find the right gear for your needs!

I was experiencing ankle pain when skiing. Mark examined my boots for fit and recommended new custom insoles. He used the custom fitting equipment and produced a great fitting set of insoles. This change eliminated the ankle pain and symptoms. He saved my ski season.

I got fitted for custom ski boots for the first time at Ridgeline and they were fantastic. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect, and it is. Now, we need some snow so I can enjoy what they created for me! I'll definitely be back at Ridgeline next time I need anything skiing (or mountain biking) related!
