I got a swimsuit down with the hook because no one was available to help. A female employee with black hair then got mad and took the reacher stick from me and gave me a dirty look and had a bad attitude while telling me to let them know if I needed any help. She had a bad attitude and was rude because i got a swim top down without her help. No one greeted me or offered help when I entered the store so I didn’t think it’d be a problem for me to grab something myself since all of the employees were much to busy to help today. I left the swimsuit top on a lower rack and walked out without purchasing anything because why support any store who treats potential customers poorly?

I went into rip curl tonight and immediately got barked at by a women with long black hair that said in a scolding tone, SIR WE ARE CLOSED!, like I just walked past a big blinking sign or something that says closed. I walked out and just to make sure it wasn’t my imagination. I ask the people next to me, that was also coming out, if she was just that rude or was it me. They told me yes and thought she was very aggressive. Oh and I also checked my watch and it said 6:51. Didn’t know when they closed but it looks like it’s actually 7pm according to Google maps. I went down a couple shops and bought my shirts at Hulakai from a gentleman named Chris that was as nice as can be and it was a completely opposite experience.

Second: very helpful staff, my wife has a hard time with the perfect fit suit, and she found one that is great! For me, I picked up a swim shirt that will Help keep the sun off me. They also had great products for naturally healing a sunburn.. if you happen to need it....

Shopped at the King’s Plaza Store in Waikaloa on Saturday, July 21, 2018. Young girl working there was very sweet and helpful. I watched her stay cool and nice to a customer (a man) that was being a bit “gruff” with her. She was very sweet to me. You have a good employee in her. Keep her.

Wanted to buy a shirt. During normal business hours, mall is busy, and the door is locked and sign says be back soon. Been waiting for 20 minutes and multiple people have tried to enter the store. Lost our business.
