I went in a few days ago for a club fitting. Lance took care of me and dialed me into what I needed. I was excited for him to order me some custom clubs. A couple of days later, I crushed my hand, and I'm not going to be able to play for a while. I called Lance and explained to him my unfortunate circumstances, and he replied by saying you won't be able to swing those clubs anymore. Can I cancel your order, and we can reevaluate you for the clubs you need after your hand heals up. I'm super grateful that Lance treated me as a valued customer rather than just another sale for his great business. I will definitely be back once I'm healed up, and i recommended any golfer of any level beginner or pro to go into the best golf shop on the central coast.

This place was absolutely amazing! We are new golfers and Roy helped us out so much with getting shoes and gloves. He took the time to make sure the equipment fit properly and explained to us some important tips that as novices we can can truly appreciate and utilize.

Also, I am a tourist to California and he gave us great places to visit and golf!

A couple years ago, I bought a set of clubs after a fitting at this store. I was 100 percent satisfied with the experience. When in the area, I usually stop by. Sometimes I'll buy, other times I simply look around. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. There is no pressure to buy. While this is not a golf "superstore" it has pretty much anything a golfer might need. If something is not in stock it can be ordered. It's a great little store.

For your the best fit and to get too notch personal service go here. There are few places on the central coast for golf supplies and this one far out does the rest. I have purchased my entire golf set-up for the staff here and will continue going back because of how I was treated and the quality of the products I was sold. From gloves, shoes, clubs, carts what ever your need is you will get it met here with items that you can trust will maximize your game and keep you playing.

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff at this shop. I recommend them for sure. I'm probably an outlier here, but the only drawback is that there is no satisfaction guarantee for fitted sets. I bought a set of clubs after a fitting and 3 months later, I still haven't been able to get comfortable with them to the point that my handicap has shot through the roof and I've decided to put the clubs in storage for a while. It sucks because I really like the shop, but at the same time I'm giving up on the game because of the set I got here. You'll probably have better luck so give them your business.

I’ve been waiting for a local business to support with all of the craziness going on. I can’t be more pleased that it was Roger Dunn in Arroyo Grande. I made an appointment for a driver fitting, and I was not disappointed whatsoever. A gentlemen named Lance gave me prompt, professional, and most of all friendly service and was generous with his time. I left completely satisfied and later took the driver for a spin at my local club. He was spot on! Super excited and would highly recommend Roger Dunn to anyone wanting a great selection and experience!! Support local businesses always, but especially now.
