Roundys Boot shop is awesome! Don himself is an amazing shoe maker. And the new owner of the shop JD is just as great. New aged and very kind. Delightful boots get mads there. All hand crafted and nothing fake or machine done. All by hand!

I wanted my paper soles replaced in a pair of leather boots, when I picked up my shoes, the soles were not replaced, there was a leather support installed in the rear of the shoe that I didn't ask for (it also wasn't black like the rest of the shoe is). The leather work was done with cheap adhesives. Time and care were not taken on my boots. I am taking them to another cobbler to see if it can even be repaired. This was a waste of $55, in fact it cost me more money because of the whole ordeal. I have never been to a cobbler but I would not recommend this cobbler to anyone I know.

Found Roundy's on Intergalactic Web. Efficient service. I would come back for ambiance and good folks. I'd rip my own boot to spend some time here! Dont know which is best,new friends or great service!

Built me a custom pair of work boots. And they basically last forever. If the soles wear out just go back in and he will throw a new one on and your good as new!

Don and his wife Kathy are one of a kind. Both are extremely nice and professional and take great care of you as a customer. I have done business with Don three times now and each time he did the job in a matter of days. The prices are very fair considering the quality of work Don does and are competitively priced compared to other cobblers. I would highly recommend Roundy custom shoe and leather to anyone in need of repair or custom work for boots, shoes, saddles, leather goods, etc.

I just had a pair of dress heels repaired. The heel plates were crumbling - aack! Mr. Roundy was glad that I had called ahead as he was in the middle of crafting work but still took the time to repair the heels on my shoes - while I waited - and a quick polish to finish the job off. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes from start to finish. And service with a smile! What a pleasant and personal experience this small business owner provides. I highly recommend Roundy Custom & Repair and will definitely go back. I would suggest you call ahead to either schedule or make sure there is adequate time for your needs as Mr. Roundy stated he appreciated my phone call.

I had a pair of shoes that I bought a few years ago that were in need of a new sole. The shoes were not expensive, and the soles and insoles were not of the best quality, but the leather uppers were in great shape...and I loved the shoes, so it was worth taking them to Roundy Custom & Repair.

Don is a great guy, and was honest with me when he said that he would need to rebuild the entire shoe. It was honestly more than I wanted to spend, but after explaining what he would do, and how he would add value and QUALITY to my shoes, I had him make the repairs.

I have brand-new shoes now. Don rebuilt these beauties from the sole up. New sole, leather bottoms, insole...you name it. I now have my favorite pair of shoes back. They are awesome and I know with Don's skilled hand, they will last me many years to come.

Don Roundy was friendly, quick in his turnaround time, and I woud recommend him to anyone (in fact, I already have).

Excellent! I have a pair of dress shoes that needed a new heal. Not only was he able to make the repair while I waited, he did a better job than anyone else that I've had replace the heals of this shoe over time. He also noticed some peeling on some rubber that I have on the shoe that he glued up for me. Then before handing them back to me he polished an buffed my shoes. Then to top it off the entire service cost half of what others have charged me. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone that has need of shoe repair or anything to do with leather work.

While I waited I also browsed his shop and saw he other work in leather and not just shoe repair. Next time I have something that I want done in leather I'm coming to this guy.
