Non-runner here. I stopped into Runners Roost today for the first time to replace some aging shoes. Kathryn was a real joy to work with, quickly sizing me up, looking at my prior runners for clues, and guiding me to some great shoes based on the information I was providing. I have very high-volume feet, so she wisely suggested I try on some Topo Athletic Atmos shoes, which fit me better than almost any shoe I've ever tried on. I'm a happy walker!
