Just want to send a big "ThankYou" out to Shea. I called and asked if the store did reshaping on older hats. She happily replied that they did. I drove down and Shea meet me at the door with a big smile. She spent the better part of an hour working on my hat. She did a wonderful job. Very happy with it. This should be your go to place for anything western. Everybody was so nice. Thanks Shea. I will be back. Dan W

Great place. Country hasn’t been my cup of tea, but I took my son to a Luke Bryan concert. I dig it!! The staff is friendly and helpful. Reagan was awesome, attentive and patient. Give her a raise!! We’ll be back for sure.

We bought two hats and brought in three additional hats for blocking. The manager did an amazing job blocking the hats. She truly brought our old hats back to life!!!! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful.

Shea (the manager) at the lutz location did an absolute amazing job reshaping my hat and making sure it was 100% perfect for me. She took her time was patience very friendly and extremely helpful. Not only did she reshape mine but also assisted my brother In his first cowboy hat purchase and shaping. It was worth the drive and will be back again to purchase more hats from her! Job well done!
