Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. They helped me choose the bike that was right for me, a rack that would fit on my small car and took the time to show me how to set everything up. The staff has also been extremely helpful with my follow up questions. Phil, Dan and Michael made the process so easy and quick. I’d absolutely recommend this shop.

We rented bikes here for an afternoon on the Erie Canal and everything was lovely. The price was good for very nice Trek bikes. At one point I got a flat tire and they were out within 20 minutes with a new wheel. I’d definitely rent from here again.

The bikes were good quality, in good condition and easy to ride. Hiring was easy and efficient. The service was excellent with replacement bikes delivered within an hour each time when we had punctures. Highly recommended.

I was blown-away with my experience. I thought completely welcomed and was easily met where I was at with my knowledge base. Doug was super friendly and personable. The environment was very relaxed, but professional. I feel Doug under promised and over delivered on the bike fitting. Because of my great experience I wanted to support the business more and bought more products than I expected to buy when I came in.

So grateful for these types of expert small businesses. My family and I are getting back into biking so we needed to get a new one for my son and rehab the ones we had. Doug was a huge help — he explained how the bike market has changed since we last purchased, and didn’t try to push towards something I didn’t need. Great bike shop. The prices are good and the guys seem very honest. They helped me with an electronic reset for a brand they don't even sell. I get the impression they just want to see people out on their bikes
