Went in to Saagers today, 7/17, superior service. Friendly prompt help above and beyond!! I was very impressed by this high quality attention that is totally lacking in this day and age. Was I in a time portal and was back in the 70s when you went in to your local shoe store and we're treated like Royalty!?

Over the past 6 years, I've purchased 15 pairs of boots and shoes here via mail order. The service is excellent as is the quality of their foot ware. I have hard to fit feet and they carry high quality brands. It's lovely to call and a real person who actually works there answers the phone. I highly recommend Saager's.

Peaceful store, decent service and attentive sales people. I used to go in and they would measure my feet etc and they don't do that now but they still provide decent service and I got a nice pair of Birkenstock sandals that I desperately needed.

In what some would call the middle of nowhere, you'll find this gem of a 100+ year old business where folks still take pride in what they do. I needed a replacement pair of running shoes and I did not want junk so I drove to the nearest large city. From there I was directed to Saager in this very small town. The selection was top notch and they even had a very odd size/width combo that I required. The store is older but very well kept. What an amazing surprise.

I have purchased two pairs of shoes here...both SAS brand and a hat. This place has real old fashioned customer service. Real one on one service. They carry high end brands of shoes...SAS is actually made in the USA. Also a nice selection of purses, socks and hats. Helps that it is in glorious tax free Oregon! I just wish they carried Manolo Blahnik shoes! 👛👜👠👡👒💙

I always love this store! Nice people who are very helpful and a very good selection. Their sslw items are fantastic. I am a size 15 and they always have lots to choose from. I come here whenever I visit Walla Walla.
