Went in multiple associates sitting around talking wasn’t greeted nothing just a glare from all the employees then they went right back to their conversation. Couple came in wearing the designer was greeted started showing them bags and things in the glass cases trying to make a sale. Immediately left won’t shop somewhere I don’t feel wanted especially when you’re charging $500 for a belt. Customer service should be better at a designer store like this. Not a huge fan but I’ll give it another chance and update my review.

I bought 2 purse less than a year ago and the use I give them is very minimal. When I bought it in the store, they assured me that if the purse suffered factory deterioration, they would take care of it.
I didn't realize that the bag was losing color very quickly so I brought it to the store and now it turns out that they are going to charge me for the repair, I was shocked because I supposedly paid for something of quality and it turns out that it is a Garbage, do not buy handbags here, it is not worth the price they are asking, I will never buy anything from this brand again

Customer service tonight was horrible. I tried opening the door at around 7:30pm and it was locked then the staff (2 guys and a woman) were just staring at me and I kept trying to open the door as I had called earlier and they mentioned they close at 9pm and that's when they walked towards the door to open it.

No one greeted me or even acknowledged me. They continued talking to each other (it seemed like I was a bother). I felt very unwelcomed. There is absolutely no comparison to today's experience from my last experience when a nice, helpful and very knowledgeable woman assisted me and I purchased 2 items then.

The only woman working tonight later decided to offer her assistance after she was done conversing with her employee who left and had a really negative attitude - not friendly at all. I really loved the boots but customer service was terrible and def pushed me to check other stores.

I hope the nice lady who worked there still works there maybe weekends

Double check your item even if they are new!!
First of all, the service seems not too bad at first,but later I realized they are not professional at all!! I know that shopping outlet products can be hit or miss. But this is a very unpleasant purchase experience for me.

I bought a message bag for my dad as a gift so the salesman got a new one for me from the back. The package was all new and sealed. I was so happy to get a new one out of box. So I didn’t bother to check the item. But after I got home, I realized the quality is not acceptable at all! The strap and the ring on two sides of the bag squeaks whenever it is moved or touched. I went back to ask them if this is defective. They said they can check if they can do anything for me. Then they came back, said this is the last one and it is not defective, probably because it is too new and the noise will fade after a while. But I tried a million times trying to loose the , it is still giving the noise every time I try to grab the bag or lift the bag.

Now when I think twice, I also bought a belt gift package that day for my bf. It was packaged and sealed nicely out of the box. But the sales just rudely got rid of the protective film without asking me even though he knew this was supposed to be a gift.

I love this place and so does my wife. Great beautiful handmade Italian shoes for men and women that are discounted about 200- 300 bucks a pair on average. I just wish they had a better selection of shoes my size. It is always hit or miss here but I love the store. Art the salesman is awesome.

I went in to this store last night with my brother who was looking to buy shoes for his upcoming wedding. We have been into the store before and will never go back to this location. Upon entering he was trying to get ahold of the saleswoman in the store to help him get his size in the back. She left for a minute and came back to say she doesn’t have his size. He then asked if he can try on another pair of shoes in his size in which she responded , “no that won’t work they are all different shoes.” He then held up the same pair of shoes he asked for but in a different color and asked to try on those. She blatantly walked away from him and he repeated himself. She came back and said again “no, that won’t work.” She provided aggressive remarks and turned her back on us. The most astonishing part was she walked away as we were speaking to her. I was completely disgusted by the rude customer service and we will not be returning or giving this store business ever again.
