These people are incompetent. I special ordered a part for my Ranger, paid to have it overnighted. Left a hunting trip half way through in Montana and drove 8 hours home to get the part and fix it in my shop and the part never showed. “Not much we can do, we forgot to select overnight shipping” was the answer I got.

Brought our Sea Doo in for a 'check engine' light.. D Gerasymen, technician, checked the diagnostics on the spot and recalibrated the electronics. Although they were very busy, we were taken care of so we didn't have to leave the machine if it wasn't necessary. After a not so great experience last year with a now fired technician, we gave a second chance to support our local
businesses!

Sandpoint Marine & Motorsports Service department is tremendous. Called 800am July 1 hoping to replace and reprogram Sea doo key. Desk had it in stock and offered to get it done at 930am when service crew got in. Done by 1015am despite peak season rush. Thank you.

In store service is always lacking. I find myself going to the Yamaha shop north of town after leaving Sandpoint Marine and Powersports to get what I need. Been in multiple times for numerous reasons from buying dirt bikes to just getting parts and apparel and always seem to leave frustrated. Nobody seems to greet you and you can wander around a bit and nobody ever asks what you need or what you’re looking for
