I couldn’t have asked for a better experience that I had with schnelker marine & power sports. From the 1st email, I received a response right away. Patrick our sales guy was wonderful, returning calls right away, answering all my questions. Within the first hour, I decided to purchase the machine I wanted. When I arrived I met with the office lady who said “ you must be Sarah” everyone was so friendly and there was no waiting. Then I met the owner, he came out and went above and beyond explaining all the functions of Polaris Ranger. He had the mechanic put on accessories I bought with a no wait, helped load the machine and even put new wiper blades on my truck because I couldn’t get them on. This is a top notch business with old school ways that actually takes the time with the customer and makes sure they are happy. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you again for the wonderful experience and such an awesome machine. Happy trails and making the hard work at the barn easier with the Polaris ranger ❤️❤️

We just bought a new tracker 190 from schnelkers. Perfectly pleasant experience. Patrick made the whole thing easy and affordable. Vern was awesome in his explanation of everything. The desk girls were awesome, taking care of all paperwork so a trip to the DMV was easy. Thanks to them all.

I called in June for an outboard repair and got on the schedule within a week. It was fixed in 4 days. I am very happy about that!
I was texted when done which I consider a very poor business practice. They charge for credit card transactions, which sucks.

-1 star! Worst customer service ever. Hanging up on people is the most immature thing a business can do! I remember when the person on the other end wanted to actually help a customer.. not just hang up on them because they didn't have specific info to make their job easy.. how rude Karen!
