The fluctuation of your bill does not make sense. If you only use 15 dollars in water for a month, then why is it 48 dollars for sewage. Wish they had better knowledge and not overcharge every customer

This is the worst place. Bill just keeps getting hirer no real reason. Called told them I was gonna be late the lady said no problem. My significant other comes in on the day we said we would pay like we promised. We'll low and behold the lady who we spoke with make no notes in our records and know my water is off until tomorrow. you should take a look at your company and thoes who work for you. Also you never up grade anything and my water taste terrible. This is one of the worst towns iv lived in when it comes to utilities and land lords.

I went on the water department app to have my water shut off but they left it on now they say I owe 586 for not even a month I think they are making me pay someone else's bill they done it before

This place is trash. First 6 months I paid an average of 60 dollars a month. 2 bed one bath one kid and my wife. Then started getting 80 plus every month with same usage called to ask why and no explanation. Last couple of months no one staying at house (processes of moving elsewhere). Lowest water consumption to date and still paying 80 plus. Total bull and none of the office workers have a clue why or care about trying to find out why.

On 04-28_23@745am,a payment for $143.63 taking out of my account, today I received a bill for 222.34. now I enquired and was told they received the payment 5-1-23, this makes no sense,there shouldn't be any late fee for anyone,seems as if your system is not working.2bays before end of months whole week before it's due asked for new bill ,we shall see if we get one, watch your bill folks

The automated system is messed up and charged my account 4 times in one month. Called, upset as you can imagine, and the first last was rude and told me to not keep attempting payments. I advised I’m on auto debit and never attempted any payment and that it was their system. She transferred me. Never used vulgar language, yelled at her or anything. Horrible morale and customer service there.
