Horrible service. I went in for I guess an interview with Mayra, was told they would follow up for jobs they had available and never heard back. Since I didn’t I followed up constantly by email and text and she never replied. Then I got a text from another lady, told me she was submitting my resume for another 2 jobs and never heard back either, followed up and never replied or even at least acknowledged my messages. I never thought this agency was so horrible.

This is by far the worst staffing agency that you can possibly be employed by, they will not pay you on time no matter if you make the deadline to turn in your hours. The recruiters are constantly quitting this agency so don’t expect any type of consistency when it comes to who to report to in case you are sick. They will not answer their phones and once you’re hired they don’t care to follow up with you. During the hiring process it took them 3 weeks just to onboard me or follow up with the company to let me know if I would be hired.. if you need a job immediately don’t care to reach out to this agency. I’ve had nothing but a terrible experience with them and have still yet to receive my pay which is risking the possibility of not working for the company that I am on assignment on as I do not even have money for gas to make it to work. DO NOT BELIEVE the good reviews that are left on this agency, i’m sure it is their recruiters trying to bump up their stars so they may have more opportunities to employ workers and take their money. Do not let the pay fool you as they will go weeks without paying you and following up with you to ensure you get paid for the hours worked. Whoever is in charge of payroll needs to be fired immediately. People have bills to pay , rent to pay, and this agency treats it as if paying their employees is not an essential part of maintaining a business! I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life working for an agency. I still do not have any knowledge of my recruiter and who to report to. When I was asked ,” Who did you report to call in sick?!!!” With an high amount of attitude I informed them I tried to call their office several times but with no answer. I love the company I work for but this agency is risking the opportunity to work for them any further. They do not care for their employees and any employers should beware of giving this agency an opportunity as your workers will quit after they stop receiving pay and will cause your company constant troubles ,issues, and cost. This agency is a joke, i’m not surprised if they fire me after this review but i’ll be sure to follow up to give updates to any future employees to ensure you stay as far as possible from this agency. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR 4 to 5 STAR REVIEWS!

Not trying to pull a race card but they only hire Latinas and people they want to hire, all the workers here are Latinas, they never answer been ignoring my calls went to orientation everyone who was Latina started working but me so I’m guessing they pick and choose. Made me take off my nails just to never work or get called but everyone else did I past the quiz test got my helmet and been without an job unprofessional if you ask me but everyone has their own opinion and experience and this was mines all I wanted was to work as quickly as possible my resume is impeccable so I’m just lost
