We had this on our list of things to see on Route 66. Take it off your list. It's just covered in cell phone things. The town is cute though.

If you're in town you have to take a few minutes and see the water tower. Little park with history of the town and the water tower. You need to read the one about the B17 fly over during WWII.

Not only this tower (one of the tallest in Texas) stands proudly but so do all of the other Route 66 attractions in Shamrock. The tower also serves as a familiar beacon to welcome local travelers back home.

The fate of a 40 Business trip stopping here on Saturday March 17, 2018 was just... LUCK OF THE IRISH! The tower was quite a something to see on St. Patrick's Day of days. A picture is a true trophy.

The shamrock water towet is the tallest water tower in at least Texas. When I come into town I can see it for miles. And up close there's details telling you about it. It's definitely cool to look at. I would definitely stop by.
