Usually love shopping here, walked in and employees were on cell phones not to be bothered, store was so trashed with shoes out of boxes paper everywhere couldn’t even get my stroller around the store let alone walk I was tripping on things, couldn’t get any help, guy checking us out was extremely rude, one employee used so much profanity and laughing talking to a group of kids, so unprofessional and tacky will go to springs from now on.

Great selection of shoes! Would have liked some help on finding wide shoes for my daughter. Literally had her trying all the kid shoes with no luck, ended up just getting snow boats for her.

Went in on Sunday and finally found a pair of shoes I liked. No help or welcome from any staff. Upon arriving at checkout I'm informed that "the system has crashed and I am getting ready to shut the doors". I ordered on Skechers website so I don't have to deal with rude people

Horrible customer service! My daughter has bought a pair of shoes for my granddaughter and when she got home she noticed that they were scuffed up and used so she went to return them and they told her she couldnt because the condition they were in but that's why she was taking them back and they were very rude to her. And today we went in there to look around I had found a pair of shoes and when we were checking out the kid who was at the counter was very rude to us! He had a horrible attitude for no reason at all! Then he went and told a co worker what happened and they proceeded to stare us down! Will never shop. Here again they are always very rude and disrespectful

I was told to go to the little store right next to Encore to get quality shoes. I entered and started looking around only to be ignored by the man working there. There was only 3 people besides myself in the store including the sales guy. They have display shoes out but the sales person has to bring the actual shoes to try or buy. After a little bit. I made my way to Encore!! Name brand shoes great prices, friendly sales people! I bought 3 pairs of quality shoes. Thank you to the Encore team for being so helpful.
