I came in with two soles that had fallen off and not much time left in the work day. They fixed my shoes beyond what I had brought them in as at a reasonable price. They prioritized putting shoes on my feet for the night and are going to always be a respected local business for me.

Brought in a pair of 2 year old Spanish leather boots for a heel repair. Wet socks in the rain the next day! I brought them back, turns out they had cracked the soles while working on them. They blamed me after I used them the entire winter without any problems. 0/10

I found this place online and they were great. Customer service is fantastic as they are very personable. I needed the bottom of my heel repaired and they did it on the spot. Perfect since I was crunched for time! They also said they can revive my favorite sandals which are worn in and needed a new sock lining and new heel.

Terrific! Angel (the owner) repaired my old backpack while I waited. As I use it daily I didn't want to be without it, if possible. He was so gracious to have me wait while he did the repairs. Two yrs previous, I had someone else try to repair the issue from wear and tear and they did a really shoddy job. Angel took apart the old repair, tried to clean up glue from prior repair's work, and reinforced the straps, as they were fraying/pulling apart from the seams. It was a delight sitting and waiting b/c I got to see him taking pride in his work. There were several others who walked in while I was waiting. One woman who came to pick up some shoes she dropped off told me that if I hadn't ever used Angel before, that I would never use anyone else. She takes her new shoes to him to get resoled with better soles and the new soles help to protect the toes so they don't get scuffed. She said she takes every new pair of shoes to him to get resoled immediately before wear as it extends the life of the shoes with a good sole vs thinner soles that usually come with shoes/heels. She said it was worth the money. She is right; I'll never use anyone else. And, it was worth the money to get my old backpack repaired. Thank you, Angel, for such great customer service.

I am so amazed. My well worn 1987 vintage Coach bag was so ragged I didn't think it was salvageable. Doctors at the Shoe Hospital cleaned and polished it to almost new! Even the torn and worn binding around the edges and corners was brought back to life. I didn't think it was possible. And all for under $50 🙂

I took my Mickey Mouse purse to be repaired early before work, because it had been stored for so long, the strap left marks on the white leather. They were great. They took a look at it immediately and even tried to get the marks off, but were unable to. They didn't charge me and were very friendly. I will definitely return with my shoes or other purses.
